“The owner greeted us and showed us our room. He was very friendly and offered good suggestions about local establishments for dinner and entertainment. The lounge area was very comfortable with nice furniture and pamphlets/magazines with local points of interest. The location was easy to get in and out of and had ample on-site parking. Fresh food with multiple hot breakfast options and far more than enough food served for breakfast. The room was spacious and clean with a large window and……

“Was surprised at the 4 star hotel rating. Yes its an old B&B but you have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs, no internet reception on top floor unless you go to the stairwell, water didn't get hot in the shower. Food was good but not what was in the photos.”

“We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite well located, a close drive to the heart of Galway, and right on the boardwalk. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed. We enjoyed a very nice dinner in The Prom restaurant and a wonderful buffet breakfast the next morning in the hotel's breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in this lovely part of the world.”
