Needs some love and care
The picture they show really looks very nice, but the reality not so much. There are only a few rooms that have a balcony with a view. The rest do have a window, too, but it opens onto a closed-in balcony that gives access to all the rooms. As a result, you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The rooms are small and feel a little claustrophobic. That's ok when you're mostly on the beach, but when the weather is bad you'll probably want to stay indoors. While it's overall clean, there are detail that make you wonder, like the little butt shower in the toilet apparently has not been cleaned in ages and was crusted with god-knows-what. There was also a door to a little common smoke balcony whose lock no longer worked and it slammed loudly in wind gusts, waking up everybody at untoward times. On the other hand, the hotel is right across the street from the beach and restaurants, markets, shops and clubs are right there. I found it a little expensive, though, for what it offered.
Pros: Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs. Mostly nice, friendly staff.
Cons: It's noisy, dark and in some details less than clean. Not a great value for the price. Staff is nice, but speaks barely any English.
Location: Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs.
