Absolutley recommendable!
Sorry for being late for the review. I had such a WONDERFUL experience here. I stayed at two-bedroom executive suite for 2 nights with my family in January. The view from the room was okay and rooms were clean enough. I shared a smaller room with my sister. To be honest, the space was a little bit small for us to open the luggage, but it was no big deal. The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Nha Trang beach and night market. And there are many restaurants and must-go places around the hotel. I was surprised that there's a clinic on 6th floor and I could get some pills for common cold. And it's FREE of charge! What I loved the most about this hotel was the staff. They are so welcoming and friendly! People treated us with polite and attentive attitude every time I and my family asked anything about Nha Trang such as where to go, what to eat ect. Especially, I'd like to say thank you to receptionist Phuong. She is the kindest one I've ever met! It's a shame that I can't share pictures that we took together since I don't have her contact.. The only minus is that it's quite noisy and crowded in breakfast room. (It was still acceptable for me tho.) If I have a chance to visit Nha Trang, I'll DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again!

FRAUD. Room is not like pics
The pictures are not like the ones on the listing. I emailed to ask about this, and they mentioned the pics are not accurate so I requested to cancel. They refused to cancel, and hotels.com did not assist me with this cancellation.

I dislike this hotel from the first second I came in. Two staff stood outside the hotel chitchatting without trying to help with our luggage. The entrance looks dusty and empty and does not look as good as the photos shown on its official website. The check-in staff lacked of smile and can only communicate with simple English. No one intended to show us where the lifts and other facilities are. And again no one offered to deliver our luggage to room. Our room has not been cleaned throughly There are stains on the table and sofa, marks on the wall and hairs on the floor. The room looks quite nice from the first glance but if you look closer, you can tell that all its furniture are made by cheap materials and the room is decorated with some cheap artwork. The maintenance is below average. I CANNOT imagine it is a new hotel. The hotel conducted a fire drill in the morning of Dec 27. We appreciated that the hotel puts its guests safety at the first priority. We also appreciated the audio announcement 10 mins before the drill. When we heard the alarm, we intended to cooperate and leave the hotel via the emergency exit immediately but found that the emergency / fire exit was locked. A lady staff came out from the corridor immediately and asked us not to use the fire exit. We waited in our room for another 5-10 mins and decided to try another fire exit and again the lady staff stopped us and said ‘no entry’. It didn’t sound right to us that the hotel stopped all the lifts,
