Very good service

Everything is great at this place, but They should consider including breakfast and not charge their guests if they are staying multiple nights. For two people we had to pay almost $40 a day for three days to get breakfast. That s the only down side of this place.

Pros: it had all we needed on site to keep our children happy. The waterpark was great and enjoyed by all. The hotel room was very spacious.
Cons: pricing was a little high on food at restaurant in the arcade area.
Location: Not far from all the stuff to do at the falls, clifton hill area.
We enjoyed our stay, the waterpark was a huge success for our family. We ate at the restaurant for lunch inside the arcade/waterpark area. Good food, slightly overpriced though. We ate at the Boston Pizza attached to the hotel, the staff and food was excellent. We would highly recommend the hotel. Thanks

Old and run down hotel

Pros: Waterpark
Cons: See above and too much chlorine in waterpark, gave my kids rashes and not to mention ruined all of our bathing suits!
Location: Bad location, nothing to do unless you drive towards Clifton hill
Room is old and smelly, bed very uncomfortable, bathroom needs renovation, toilet was making nose and dripping water all the time! Boston pizza in hotel too expensive with bad food! The whole place needs renovations! Definitely not worth our money spend there!

Location: I took the children to the Falls.
This was our first visit to a water park and we had a wonderful time. The staff was so helpful, I often asked for directions to parts of the hotel and was always directed with a smile. The water park staff was happy, smiling, a male lifeguard gave my seven year old a thumbs up when she measured tall enough for the slides. The waves were amazing and there were lots of life jackets for everyone. My child chose to wear a life jacket to enjoy the waves and there were lots and easily accessible. We had a terrific, fun and exhausting stay. Thanks so much!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay, just wish for families with younger child that it wouldn't cost to have a cot put in the room.

Small room but new and clean.

Pros: Waterpark
Cons: it should be made mandatory that children and infants wear water diapers.
Hotel window did not have a screen on it. This was a problem because it was a warm evening. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool was heavily chlorinated to the point where my eyes were burning. Soiling caused a closure of the pool.

Pros: We liked the facilities e.g. the Waterpark and FunGame room. We liked the convenience of Boston Pizza and the breakfast options-reasonably priced
Cons: When running the shower, the water makes a lot of noise. You can even hear it from rooms nearby. They should also include blackout drapes.
Location: Location was good and nearby to Niagara Falls
Great experience...children enjoyed themselves thoroughly

insect bite after one night stay

Pros: indoor waterpark and boston pizza
Cons: cleanness of room.
My 2 boys loves to swim and we went to Americana for one night for our family time last weekend(Saturday to Sunday). On Saturday night, i noticed two insect bite on my arm. I thought it was mosquito or something and did not take it seriously. However, next day on Sunday, it spread all my arm and even next day on Monday, i have like 30+ insect bite. Because i have 2 young children (4 and 2 years old) i was scared to spread to my children. After coming back home, i asked all to take off all the cloth and we washed all the cloth and i separated myself. But this morning on Tuesday, my younger boy and my husband has two bite each. I don't know if it is bed bug or what. But i am sure it is from the hotel. I am scratching myself all day long from Sunday morning. If it's only me, i can scarifies myself. But i am so scared to spread to my two young boys. Please don't use room 151.

Water PARK

Pros: Clean waterpark
Cons: towels
Location: Boston Pizza is in the building. A brand new Freshco grocery store is next door. There are lots of restaurants not far.
Water park is smaller but clean. Towels are pitiful and food is expensive. Not enough tables. It is not Great Wolf Lodge but it is half the price. Not great for older kids but great for little ones probably up the 10 years of age. Our cards stopped working after 1st night and had to wait in line for new cards...very annoying. They were not near cell phones either. I am glad i went so that i know not to go back if i want more excitement. The kids i brought were age 9 (2 girls). Parking is an issue. There are elevators. It is family driven so do not expect it to be quiet.
