We arrived at the end of the summer season, so things were winding down in Niagara Falls, ONT. The hotel was easy to find, and parking in the back was ample. We had opted for a 2BR suite and were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our rooms. The first bedroom was a typical hotel room with 2 queen beds, shower bath, and the usual furniture and TV. The adjoining room was ENORMOUS and included 2 queen beds, a small sofa, a table, a desk, dressers, microwave and mini-fridge, and a tub/shower bathroom. Both rooms also had a door to the balcony as well as the ability to close the connecting door. My children were delighted that they got the big room. Towels were replaced daily during our 3 night stay, and beds were made promptly. The decor could have used some updating, but overall we were very happy with our stay. We were not in the middle of the Clifton Hill circus, but we were within 3 blocks of all the touristy stuff and within a 10 minute walk to all the WEGO bus stops we needed. Al night, it was quite quiet.

Ok for the price.

If you want convenience to Clifton Hill with low price, then this works. The rooms were ok but not great as I have never seen before a hotel room with no facial tissue or they had a microwave but no cofee maker in the room. The funny thing is the outlet for the microwave is on a light switch so you have to be careful not to accidentally flip it while in use. We discovered that not with The microwave but when I plugged in my cell and then just before we went to sleep I flipped The switch. I thought nothing happened but when we woke up we discovered my cell dead. The beds were not ok but not great. The place is supose to be smoke free but our joined balcony had the people next to us still smoking on it. The outer door has a secure lock but it never seemed to be locked, luckily the room locks work fine. Though once again odd to find a hotel that does not have an added chain lock on the inside of the room doors. The indoor hallways are really narrow and there were times with the luggage that is ways a tiny bit cramped going down them. They only had a pop machine in the basement and no ice machine at all. So as I said if you want a good location but not the price tag and you plan on spending the whole time gone then this can work for you.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It's walking distance to the main strip.

Save your money and go elsewhere

Posted Aug 23, 2017
The lady at the front desk has no customer service skills and makes you regret your booking from the minute she opens her mouth. The washroom smells like something died in there. The shower curtain smells horrible and makes the whole room stink. For the amount of money we spent for one night , I'd rather stay elsewhere.

Pros: It was only a short walking distance to the falls.
When I called to let the person at the front desk know that we would be arriving very late, he was very gracious.
