Very clean and close to all the amenities

Friendly customer service and very clean room Will definitely go back. We visit Niagara a few times a year and this will now be our hotel to stay in.

Just okay

Was overall disappointed with our stay! The room was not clean at all, and the rooms are very out dated and look nothing like the photos posted online. I also didn’t like how our room was not even attached to the main hotel and lobby. Definitely not worth $180. I won’t be returning.

Very central and convenient location in Niagara.

The hotel staff are the only reason we stayed. The room felt dirty from the moment we walked in. As our stay continued we found many unacceptable details. The other guests were a nuisance and we could not be moved because it was full. I witnessed disgusting behaviours at the ice machine. The tamper guard for the fire alarm was enabled and rang for over half hour until I called front desk. The hotel needs to invest in security or cameras. I don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

Nice hotel near Niagra Falls

Was sceptical after reading reviews,but found this place to be nice and convenient. Clean,beds comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Onsite I Hop food was good. Coupons for several restaurants nice. Able to walk to many attractions.

Very clean and walking distance to the falls, also great staff. my husband is a dietbetic and asked for a fridge to keep his insulin in . No problem within minutes they brought it to our room with no extra charge. Thank you for you kind and considerate service

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! They treated us so well and was very prompt at any minimal inquiries. Kids had a blast and so safe and clean! IHOP was very expensive but convenient. Thanks so much for a great stay and creating memories with our family!

Hotel was reasonable, although on our first night, our floor smelled like weed. Don't think thats the hotels fault though. That seemed to clear the next night.

Great value and Great Location

Pros: The location, the value, the room size and the staff!
Cons: A very small thing but the doors were very squeaky and needed some oil!
Location: The location is great because it is within walking distance of The Falls, the casino and restaurants and the IMAX is across the street!
This is our second stay at Best Western Fallsview and it continued to be a great experience!
