Pros: Our room was comfortable. Really close to restaurants, the QEW and shopping. Restaurant was on site and clean. Breakfast had a variety of hot items.
Cons: The bathroom was small but ok for a one night stay.

Pros: The check in staff was nice (and check out). It seemed like the staff were like a 'family', which is nice. The location is good. It was quiet when I stayed. :) I also liked how the tv remote was cleaned and put into a pouch.
Cons: The inside of the elevator door was dirty..perhaps it is missed when the door is open.

older facility and shows its age

Employees were very good to deal with. The heat/air conditioning systems are too old. They ran and stopped almost every 2 minutes throughout the night. I had no sleep at all. Changing rooms made no sense as all rooms are identical. I prepaid for 2 nights through Expedia-I did not stay the 2nd night and paid for the second night at another hotel. I might try getting my money back from Expedia but unsure on what they will do for me.

$210.00 seemed expensive for what we got.

Location: Was easy to get from here to NOTL.
The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was fine, but definitely not worth $210.00. It was clean, but had a very strong smell of bleach which was not pleasant. The kleenex box was empty after removing only a couple of tissues. The proximity to the highway was great.

It room was very dirty

Location: The location was good.
The bed had public hair in it and it was not made.The toilet had pee and pubic hair on it and the room was very itchy overall.

An older hotel, not well located

Pros: The only thing I liked was the price - which was lower compared to other places. Now that I've been there, I understand why - it lacks curb appeal.
Cons: The quality of the food - renovation of the bathroom - updated decoration - new doors/windows.
Location: Located in a busy area - busy streets surrounded by huge stores and a few chain restaurants.
The hotel is not located in a villegiature area - located on a busy street close to Home Depot, Costco and other stores as well as the QEW (Highway). The size of the room was fine, but it was on the first level (only 2 levels to this hotel) and our patio door was facing the parking lot - noisy and no view. The bathroom, which needs renovations was extremely small. The breakfast was included, but the food was not great, OK but not great. I should have reserved in the centre town of Niagara on the Lake - better suited for a getaway.

Nice sized room.

Pros: Comfortable king bed in nice sized room.
Cons: Bathroom size, breakfast, and needs some sprucing up.
Location: Good location.
Bed was comfortable. No HBO or Showtime. Bathroom small. Nice towels. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok, little variety. Location was convenient to many restaurants and the QEW.
