Thank you Carol for your feedback. I do wish you had notified us about the heater. We went up and checked it and it was a simple button that needed to be pressed on the power bar. If you had just called we would have come up and fixed it for you within seconds. Again we do apologize and thank you for your stay.

Nothing it's not what I expected dirty the entertainment was dusty, I have to wiped it out coz we have allergies with dust.. I can't recommend it at all..

Good location near highway but surrounding neighborhood is has a lot of gyms and nondescript buildings. Not nice.

good hotel
We have stayed there before but this time we were booked for a week and an emergency came up the very next day and had to leave with staying only one night. The hotel only refunded us $540 back out of over $900 so weren't to happy about that but it was better then nothing so thank you and have a great stay. God Bless

Dirty Floor
Kinda renovated but poorly, floors are super dirty. Turn your white socks black in 10 minutes walking back and forth to the bathroom. Our ac unit kept blowing the breaker as well. Beds seemed clean and shower was ok.

This motel was barely adequate. The room has a Strong disinfectant smell. Furniture is old & cheap. The staff were nice especially the morning person (woman). It's challenging To get into the property because of the location.

So sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us Molly. Yes we disinfect our rooms as it has become a necessity due to the pandemic and we want our guests to stay healthy and safe. Our rooms have been recently renovated as well, We DO have two entrances, one at the front and one at the back of the property.

Paid extra $40 to check in early- switched rooms 3 times due to the dust, uncleanliness, mystery hair on the side of the mattress, dried blood on the floor,undetermined gob of God knows what on remote, I mean dust everywhere. Was told b/c we had a dog they put us in first 2 rooms. I asked to get a refund -was told management was unavailable -staff asked what do u want me to do about it. I just want a clean room for $200 a night. Finally she showed me a room she had cleaned herself and was satisfied. However the morning of leaving I had mystery bites on my left leg that were not there prior to going. Would not recommend. I have never done a review before but felt like this is something I should pass along to fellow people.

This is an adequate place to stay if you're not expecting a great deal of luxury. The property is near a highway, so be aware of the potential for traffic noise. The room was clean and the shower was updated, which was plus. However, the towels were a bit rough and the room could have used a few more outlets for charging devices.

The room overall was great! However, there are a few minor things that could have been improved. The lock on the door was loose. Attention to detail when cleaning also goes a long way…the shower stall had a few spots that were missed during cleaning. The bed was very firm, but some people like that. Also the pillows were flat…but again, an easy fix. And the air conditioner filter should be replaced or at least cleaned.

We stayed last minute, due to a death in our family. Place was clean, comfortable and staff was very pleasant. For the price here, compared to others in the area not sure why you would pay $100s more. Close to Port Dalhousie and lots of other walkable food options. Pool looked great, didn’t use as it was pouring rain!

Not a particularly nice area (industrial, highways), but many restaurants nearby. Front desk was friendly, and our room was spacious, large TV, 2 sinks, quiet, and nice shower. Allow dog and not too expensive ($15). Would stay here again.

Check in and check out was as smooth as smooth can be. The checkout clerk was most helpful in answering questions. It is an older motel renovated and needs new beds. The washroom facilities were excellent. Good value for the dollar spent, I would stay there again.
