OK hotelPosted Oct 12, 2015
Its just "OK" hotel. Nothing much to say about it..."what you pay, you get" not very good for family. Short stay manageable. Breakfast is completely waste, Its just to sake of including as a facility. Room walls are very thin you can hear noise from other room but its manageable until you get some some noisy ppl next to you. Otherwise its pretty ok just to manage one night

Older hotel, could use some upgradingPosted Oct 7, 2015
The hotel was clean but definitely needs some work. Bed was hard and pillows were harder.hotel staff was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Nice location near a lot of restaurants and outlet stores.

cheap place to sleep,close to eaterys.Posted Aug 27, 2015
Cons: fix bathroom door to open and close properly, clean or replace old drapes and broken curtain rods so they open and close properly. Some fresh paint .
Location: Under 5 miles to the falls.
Room was adequate for sleeping.cant say the bed was uncomfortable, just middle of the road.No coffee maker in the room.People talking too loudly pacing back and forth on cell phones after 11:00 pm.Owner lives on site, children running and playing in the parking lot after 11:00 pm.

Unprofessional & Greedy Caravan Motel ManagementPosted Aug 23, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel manager only interested in making money. After a 450-mile long drive from NY to Buffalo, we checked in late one night in one room at the Caravan Motel with our family recently, and were told that we had to pay extra money for additional people, as their website prices were only for couples. We paid because we had no choice. We felt that the hotel website booking info. was misleading as we had typed in the total [extra] number of people in our family for the price offered by them. This was like blackmail. We were not offered extra roll-away beds etc., as is the practice in ALL hotels. Extra charge means extra or better services or facilities. The charges for Caravan Motel were almost as high as a four-star hotel's(Embassy Suites,Niagara), where we paid only $50 more for a two-room suite two or three days later. We would never go back Caravan Motel again. The motel is managed by unprofessional and greedy people.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was perfect temp and very clean. The room was perfect for my purposes, which was sleeping between visits to the falls. It had a mini fridge and a microwave which was awesome and free trolley to the falls. In my room the ac was loud but it helped me sleep because I didnt hear any other typical noises around me. I would recommend this motel for anyone looking to enjoy time in Niagara.
