The covered walkway to the casino was great as it was raining hard so appreciated that. We had a great king room, view of parking garage but room itself very clean, bed and linens very good. Large room. We liked the layout with separation of entryway and bathroom/closet allowing for privacy.
Grand Hotel loved my fallsview even though it was a little bit cloudy. It's connected to everything and great for families because there's a fun zone really close

If ordering a room with queen bed the bed is two twin mattress put together which makes for a pretty uncomfortable sleep. Other than that close to attractions and falls.
Clean room with some updates to decor. Comfortable bed. The mirror from a previous time still hangs over the bed. Had the king room with jacuzzi tub which was enjoyable after a cold day of walking around. Attentive front desk staff. Checked in a few hrs early. Towels are pretty rough and real glasses ...
Room was good and clean. It would have been more helpful if there were power outlets to connect chargers.
Hotel is conveniently located near Niagara water falls. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the facility and basic breakfast is provided included in the booking. Rooms and beds are okay not great and needs little more cleaning.
Stayed in this hotel for a night, using the family room. Everything is old, but still clean. Only one microwaver in the office, I wanted to use it at 9:30AM, but office was still closed. Gnerally, this hotel is good at this price.
My boyfriend and I stayed in the Ellis Room for a weekend and our stay was amazing. Breakfast was very good and I highly recommend the Ellis house for a relaxing stay.
