This hotel is very dated with minimal amenities. We appreciate that they were able to bring us a room fridge, but overall the pictures are not accurate to the date and condition of the rooms and building. The breakfast quality was good but variety was minimal, the same small offering daily. Pool is very small, no hot tub. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and included. Location was great for walkability

Cheap and cheerful. A good deal for Niagara but don't expect luxury. Wish the pool was cleaner and the breakfast had more options, fresh fruit would be nice. Loved that we could park and walk to everything.

The hotel is a bit run down. There was clear water damage in our hotel room, the wallpaper was peeling, and some of the lamps didn't work in the room. There was a old bandaid stuck to the floor in our bathroom, which makes you wonder how thorough the cleaning was. The carpet in the hallway was loose. Overall, the staff were nice but for what we paid per night, not worth it. I will not be returning.

Very outdated could use new carpet. Room needs a little more cleaned up. Wasn’t confirmed but my girlfriend and I were bite by bugs, but hotel didn’t seem convinced it was bed bugs, even though I have 2 bite marks in a row. Didn’t offer any compensation or anything for it.

Very noisy. When people are playing in the swimming pool or gathering in the lobby, we can hear them clearly in the room even we closed the windows and curtains. Also, the fan in the washroom is noisy too. Internet signal is very bad.

Good affordable hotel option. Hotel is old but things are mostly clean and tidy. Breakfast included is good for the price we paid. Location is great, very close to the fall and Cliffton Hill. Lots of parking space.

Its an older hotel. Front desk was very nice. It was a very basic room. Everything was in walking distance. No frigerator. The room had an odor mostly smoke. The mattress wasn't in the best condition. The top comforter had to be replaced had stains on it. Shower was small. Price was cheap.

Everytime me and my fiancé or family come here it’s always great! Easy check in/check out, cleanliness in every part of the hotel, pool and sauna is cute and cozy, lobby is spacious and free breakfast has lots of options for a reasonable time! The rooms are clean, never dirt or stains or anything else along those lines. Jetted tube is cozy comfortable. I stay here atleast twice a year it’s great and my go to hotel ANYWHERE. DID I MENTION FREE PARKING ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️. Love it here <3

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Within walking distance to busy district but nestled in a quiet area directly across from Casino Niagra. We will not hesitate to stay again on our next trip. Kids loved the pool and sauna. Rooms are large and clean and you cant beat the free parking and breakfast. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

The property is very outdated, seems as though no renovations have been done in years the carpets have bumps and many wear spots as well as cigarette smoke odours, wall paper is falling off the walls and is stained yellow. Beds are old a spring was poking through the top edge of mattress. There was a chair that the front legs were not attached sitting in a corner if it was pulled out it would likely fall over. They had a rubber bath mat that was discoloured and mildew dirty placed on the side of the tub. Electrical socket on the desk was not secure and had wires showing below. They had noise in the hallway/neighbouring room and the front desk called my room waking my wife, myself,and our children to ask us to be quiet at 12:15am. Breakfast was included but simple: cereal, bread and bagels, scrambled egg rounds and sausage rounds if you weren’t early expect a long line to wait. From the photos the place shows a bar and a hot tub available neither of which are, the bar area is now storage and the hot tub is filled in. It was ok for a couple nights to sleep but not spend much time (which in Niagara Falls most people are out site seeing). It would be nice to have stayed in the place that was pictured on the site. This was very misleading.

I like how we can enter from the back entrance after a late night stroll.the property is located within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants. My kids loved the beds. What I don’t like is that there was not enough outlets in room to charge more than one electrical device. Also for the breakfast they should fruits as an option. Overall I had a great time staying there.

Loved the concept of this hotel with the courtyard style and balcony. Rooms don't have windows to exterior though and only glass.was towards balcony meaning no privacy. Hotel is in need of a refresh. It felt tired. Our fridge didn't work in our room and when I called to have it fixed/replaced, they said sorry we don't have any extras. Would look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.
