Our staff at the Comfort InnPosted Aug 18, 2015
Cons: nope, nothing
Location: Old Fort Erie, Niagara Falls & Niagara on the Falls are all accessible on the Niagara Parkway Road. One of the most beautiful drives ever.
Our check-in was fast, staff were very friendly and available at all hours. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and how to get places with ease. Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel is in a secluded area for Fort Erie, so was quiet and relaxing. Had a great stay

Off the beaten trackPosted Aug 9, 2015
Cons: Directions, signs
Location: Fort Erie historic site, Niagara Falls, bridge to US and Buffalo.
Really nice quiet place but hard to find. It's back in a neighborhood a couple of turns off the main road. Signage could be better.

Confort Inn StylePosted Aug 7, 2015
Hotel was close to highway. Getting to hotel on a late night was a bit hard as the road was secluded and dark. It was close to moat stores and little restaurants and a bank. The hotel room were clean but was small and tight. The bed was great and very comfortable. The A/C wasnt working very well as it would turn off and on even when not on the set temperature. The breakfast was just ok. The eggs and sausage wasnt to my liking as too watery and not too cooked. But at least theres breakfast jncluded. Also to many people at breafast for a very little dining area. The grounds are clean.

Comfy beds!Posted Aug 1, 2015
The beds were super comfy. I ended up sleeping in and missed breakfast because I slept so well. Quiet location. Kind of hidden. Was further from Niagara Falls than I thought. Restaurants are few in town but had a good evening breakfast meal at Denny's.

Overall, a nice lodging experience for the money. It was everything I expected. Easy to get to off the QEW. Easy drive to the Falls.

This hotel was difficult to findPosted Jul 26, 2015
After an 8 hour drive when we finally made it to the hotel. The clerk said late check it was like 11:30pm not 2am. I had called the day before to let them know that we would be arriving at that time and they said it was fine, so I don't know what the problem was. She checked us in and the room she gave us was already used or had not been cleaned. It was a disaster. Then, when we told her to exchange it she got annoyed with us. She then gave us another room but the carpet had a horrible odor. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car with my kids and husband. Never again. Very disappointed and I had other hotel options that were also less expensive. I should have picked one of those.
