Nice location, bad rooms

Pros: The location was good. Very close to Niagara falls and other good food areas.
Cons: The room condition was pathetic. Carpet was damp, bedding was old. Ambiance was bad. Room facilities were not up-to-date either.
Location: Niagara Falls, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds,
The location of the hotel was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were not at par, depending on the amount that was charged. The passage was unclean. The room was bad, carpet was damp, restroom was not that clean or well stocked. I might avail the hotel only for the location, not the rooms.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Lower the rates or make an overall improvemrnt.
Good location but that's about all I can say for this place. To charge the money that they do with a Denny's as the food offering is bold to say the least.

Pros: Rooms clean and roomy.
Cons: TV and stations could be improved. We did not have a flat screen in our room.
Enjoyed the hotel being so close to Niagara Falls State Park - we could walk and enjoy all the sights.

Apart from the good location everything was so bad that it made me regret the whole trip , old nearly brocken doors , desks and other room amenities .. Bathroom ... One small cheap shampoo container :) No fridge , no clost , table lamps old nearly broken .. You make good money from continues visitors why don't u do remodeling and fixing ???

Pros: great location, restaurant open 24 hours great tour packages
Cons: the air conditioning system..... it was leaking on to the carpet
Location: of course the Falls was amazing - also the tour was unforgettable and we really enjoyed the casino and restaurants lets not forget the shopping
from start to finish ..... my sister and I really liked our room and the view was spectacular the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable we found everything within walking distance and our tour.... wow we will never forget... thank you very much and I would defenitly recommend. Can't wait to go back

Great location,hotel in desperate need of update

Location: Close to Rainbow bridge, Niagara visitors center, Maid of the Mist, Observation Tower. Walkable distance to Goat island.
We stayed on the Canadian side for the first part of your Niagara visit (4 days) then booked one day back in the US. The location of the QI is fantastic but the condition of the hotel was a big disappointment. We are not overly fussy people either. The elevator was scary and a homemade sign that says to keep elevator to a max of 6-7 people is creepy. People were nice enough. Ceiling had lots of water stains, needs new carpeting and furniture in the room was very, very old with worn off varnish. We have 3 kids so one need a cot that was ancient and she had to line it with towels to help not feel the individual springs. Didn't want the coffee in lobby either. The table where you get if from was not welcoming, messy and creamers were not cold.
