Nicely updated walking distance to all attractions

Located right across from the Rainbow Bridge, easy walk to the state park and across the bridge to Canada. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Newly updated and appears they will be renovating the outside soon.

Close to the falls, this was the best part

Exterior in poor shape, room had cheap poorly done updates, elevators were terrible. The hallways were hot. Beds were ok. The location was the only thing good.

We are sorry you didn't find our brand new renovations to your liking. We have completely renovated and installed brand new furniture, flooring, doors, new micro-waves, fridges, coffee pots, and flat screen televisions in each of our rooms. We hope you might consider trying us again soon. Next month our Diamond Skysuites will be available, with floor to ceiling windows, and all the most modern updates. We hope the balance of your visit to the falls was enjoyable!

Hotel is walking distance to Niagara Falls!

We were confirmed for 2 rooms, check in at 3:00. Checked in at 4, only 1 room was ready. Gentleman at desk said not enough house cleaning staff was hired for summer help yet!! Rooms weren't ready. Lobby was full of people waiting to get into rooms!! We kept busy, but not the way to run a hotel. Reservations are made & confirmed, then the rooms should be ready!!! I blame management!!

We do apologize that your rooms were not ready when you arrived. We do strive to have all rooms ready at 3 PM. Due to folks extending their check outs, and their stays- pre-blocked rooms sometimes have to be moved and rearranged. Please try to visit us again soon, and we hope we can redeem our service. Pros: same as experience
Cons: just what I explain
walking distance to fall great. noisy on my side of the hotel helicopter loud. Oh heater made a lot of noise.

We want to thank you for visiting our hotel, and do apologize for the noise issues. We are located in the of the tourism distract and only a 5 minute walk to the falls and all the area attractions. The Helicopter tours do run from 9 AM to 5 PM during the Tourism Season. Many guests enjoy the benefit of these attractions being so close to the Hotel. nice stay!

We booked last minute and were very surprised by how nice the lobby and room were! The outside did not look promising but the room was updated, clean, and beds/pillows very comfy! Great walking location to restaurants and the falls!

Custodian came in the room while on the toilet. Room not ready at check in. Waited an hour

Liked the hotel, found it very noisy tho' (traffic

Pros: It's convenience to tourist attractions
Cons: Would like better lighting and one more chair. Would like a bit more shelving in the bathroom
Location: Location is close for to all touristy attractions
The hotel was fine, the room was noisy tho' due to the traffic using Main Street, we ask to change rooms to the other side of the hotel which was much better. The beds were both very comfortable,

Close to everything, great staff

Front desk people very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights, room was not properly cleaned, they forgot to clean our sink. Room was comfortable and the hotel is nicer than it looks on the outside! Close to everything, ample parking.
