It was an interesting stay. Came to Buffalo for the eclipse, stayed two nights. Room was clean and comfortable, the provided breakfast was pretty good. A little noisy at times but not unreasonable. The only problem was at check out. For some reason the front desk did not know we were there. Somehow we were listed as a no-show, despite having checked in on the correct day. We were issued a valid room key and everything! Weird.

When arrive, the person in the front desk ask us if we wanted a housekeeping for the 2 nights, we decline but ask to change garbage and we goin to need more towels, in our 2 nights, they don't bring any towels and don't empty our garbage, the breakfast was ok wish they where some fruit but was ok, the employees where nice and polite. Overall was good, I will stay again.

Check in and check out was fast and professional. It was nice to have refreshments available at any time. There was a good size fridge in the room. The room was clean, however it was very cold since there wasn’t weatherstripping along the door.

Room as pictured. Nice room at an affordable price. Room clean, bed comfortable. TV, heater and A/C, microwave and refrigerator all in good working condition. Staff, very friendly, courteous, and professional. Stayed here for one night and would definitely do it again if in this area.

The person who checked us in at night only activated our room card for one night even though we were staying for two. Thankfully the lady working in the morning saw us struggling with it and helped us reactivate it!

really exceed my expectations. For the price I was hoping for something really cheap, and they really prove me wrong, the room was great, the bed was comfortable, continental breakfast was very complete, and the staff was very friendly, I needed to check in a little bit early and they let me. The only bad thing was the heater, the room was cold when we arrived (there was a snow storm) and at night the heat was too hot, so there was no middle point. The hot water took a while to come out as well. The rest was just excellent

My son and I stayed here for one night during our drive home. The room we eventually got was clean, comfortable, and mostly well maintained (the in room phone had no dial tone and was useless). It was a bit dated in some ways but the beds were comfortable and the furniture was fully functional. This was the 2nd room we were assigned to. It met our needs well. The first room we were assigned to was totally unprepared for guests: beds not made and the tub partially disassembled. This is likely a staff communication issue where the maintenance staff had not informed the desk staff when a room is under long term maintenance and unavailable to guests. This is something that I hope is easily fixed for the future. I will say, the desk staff was very friendly and helpful in finding another room for me. The free breakfast was adequate: coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, cereal, bagels, waffles, muffins, bananas, bread, cream cheese, butter, and a selection of jams and jellies were available. As a last note, the gift shop and coffee are available 24 hours a day and the front desk is also staffed 24 hours a day. We would consider staying here again in the future.

I loved my stay, it was clean and comfortable with the peace of mind my car being safe right at my door step. Luckily I had Esim otherwise the wifi in the hotel barely was connecting or having signals; and the phone in the room was disconnected and was not working. Much recommended Overall . Front desk Evening Male and morning Female reception are very welcoming and definitely made it better for stay.

our stay was good here. we needed an extra blanket that was available. our room didnt have tv remote that was provided within minutes. wifi signals were perfect and we cud easily check our mails and surf the net. breakfast had regular bagel bread fruit cereal and coffee. my kids fav was plain and strawberry flavour fresh waffles . also they have coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours available, a big plus for us

Convenient Location

Overall this year property is food for the rate I paid for. Rooms were decent cleaned. I upgraded one of the rooms to a suite with a Jacuzzi which was nice. My only problem was checking we arrived early. The girl at the front with the children with her was not helpful and lazy. At first she claimed that she couldn’t find the reservation. However she found it. We went ahead and paid for the rooms she promised that when we came back that the rooms would be ready. And guess what only one of the rooms wasn’t. So that was a headache the manager Alyssa’s came and she solved the problem. Overall the property was not bad.
