I like everything about this property except that the bathroom ventilation system is a bit louder and the bathroom is quite small and the bathroom light is not light enough.

I had a unfortunate sudden situation needing my family to change the dates of our arrival to celebrate our sons 13th bday & requested to change the dates. Not only did that not happen, but they refused to give me a refund. So not only did we not get to celebrate our son becoming a teenager at Great Wolf, but I'm lost quite a bit of $$$ VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 👎😠

Area around the property is not the best. The room clearly needed maintenance as the shower fixture was loose. You would think the wego stops here. It does not. You have to walk 10-20mins to the green line.

Here my nice comment only for a waiter during breakfast. No service for family.kids got injured in water park and asked for help,there was a young girl told me they only have alcohol cleaning pads and bondy , nothing else! If you have special needs such as birthday cake keeping,no way! So,it is a place not considerate,you need to get ready for everything for things it could happen! Anyway,food here is nice and good price! Room is old and no bottle water!!! There are tea bags and coffee powder,but no kettle!

I have never interacted with staff at any hotel or resort that were as polite, friendly, and wonderful as the people at Great Wolf Lodge. We were blown away by the amenities and service at the lodge. The lifeguards at the waterpark were constantly scanning the pools and constantly moving- every single staff member we interacted with greeted us. We will definitely be returning. Our suite was spotlessly clean and larger than expected.

Everything was very clean. The people working were very helpful and kind. My only "complaint," is that our room was a little dated. The shower could use an upgrade, new curtain rod for example, and the tv is tiny with not very good satellite tv. But, we weren't in our room a whole lot so the tv didn't bother us much.
