Nice hotel

The new GM Mr Santiago was not management material, no eye contact or pleasant words. The entire staff was great, housekeeping to the window washer would greet you. Amie night clerk was very professional and should be with the guest more for good representation of the hotel

Great location

Within walking distance of the falls, few restaurants open the time I arrived, so had to walk to local casino. Disappointing but nothing the hotel cam be blamed for.

Lockout

Everything was good except we kept getting locked out of our room and had to keep calling down to get keys to get back in every time we would leave out and try to come back in with our key it wouldn't let us in so we have to call the service test to come up to let us back in and then they gave us another set of keys and it did it again

We had a very nice stay....very friendly staff....room was very clean. The free breakfast area was nice and clean....the food was very well taken care of...lots of choices!
