Had a wonderful time there. Great location near the mouth of the Niagara where it empties into Lake Ontario! Slightly off the beaten path but we were able to walk into town and the shops/restaurants.

Fabulous hotelPosted Sep 18, 2015
The staff really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The room is spacious and bed is cozy, the decor really fits in with the quaint nature of the town. Don't miss out on the wonderful breakfast! Ask for wine tasting vouchers for the surrounding vineyards.

Pros: clean and welcoming
Cons: Perfect in every way

Check in was amazing, room is spacious and clean and finally, it's a really homey type of hotel. I felt right at home.

A lovely place to stay - walking distance to the theatres and to the main street. All the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were even offered an upgrade so that we could have a partial water view. First class hotel and staff.

Excellent hotelPosted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: Location by park and town. The cleanliness, comfort and intimacy were great.
Cons: Some maintenance.
Location: We walked to the park twice and loved it. Also, walked to town.
We have stayed there before and loved it. The assistant manager, Lisa was excellent. Other ladies were average. The room was totally perfect including cleanliness. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the paint in the hallways, etc. needed touched up. I didn't remember it being that way last time we were there.

Nice place- good location.Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: location, comfort, shuttle service to area.
Cons: breakfast was ok, wine tasting a little underwhelming.
We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the location was out of the busy downtown area but close enough for an easy walk. It is near the water but not close enough to be called waterfront, and there really is no waterfront area there- it is a marina. The shuttle service the hotel offered is great, and the room was nice and clean.

Well done Harbour House team!!!Posted Jun 26, 2015 on Hotels
Was the most wonderful place to stay, the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic, excellent shuttle service to support you around the local area, their knowledge was a great help. You get the tranquility of being just a minute from the lake and only a few minutes walk to the high sreet. Breakfast was plentiful and would set you up for the day. Well done Harbour House!!!
