I stayed in this hotel with my family and my experience was awful! Starting from Staff to their services. Room was dirty and dusty seemed like our room wasn’t touched since last customer. We had to call room service many times to get them come clean our rooms in timely manner. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing, clean, convenient and staff was helpful. We didn’t have any problems with the elevators as other people commented. Best sleep we have had on this trip.
Checkin counter lady receptionist was very polite but friendly. Few people were behind us but she took time to cover my questions precisely.
Thank you for upgrading us to a beautiful falls view large suite. It was fantastic! My sister from Japan fully enjoyed a overnight stay.

The view from the rooms and the restaurant on 33 was spectacular! The service was quite good . On the negative the elevators were ridiculous!! Took forever to come and then it was packed. Some out of service as well. The getting around between towers was difficult…there should be a connection between! The coffee in the rooms in undrinkable! Multiple floor with construction was annoying and dirty

The heat did not work and after notifying the front desk it was not fixed. The phone not the tv worked either. The view was amazing!

Overall, it was a great hotel, in a great location but the room was basic and tiny, lacking style and there was an unpleasant stain on couch.

Weekend elevator use was rough. We ended up walking down 42 flights to make it to a reservation on time. The weekdays were fantastic but not all the restaurants were open. Beautiful view but not sure we will stay again.

The wait time to get an elevator was terrible. My girlfriend and I had to walk down the stairwell to make dinner reservations and to check out. I think if the north tower has 6 elevators and you need to wait over 15 minutes to get an availabl elevator is ridiculous. I honestly, experienced better for the price.

Rooms are very, very outdated. Dresser drawers were broken. Bathrooms are very small. No microwaves. Parking is ridiculously expensive. Pool and hot tub were always packed. Housekeeping was very nice and view was good. We went near end of April.

Not sure why you advertise a “family pool” and a separate infinity pool when there are 100 screaming kids in both. It would be nice if the “non family pool” was reserved for adults.

The place was beautiful! Elevators were horrible stopping at every floor on the way down. Elevator sounded like something was wrong with it. The pillows in the room were awful! Couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The parking was $80 which is insane. The hotel was conveniently located close to everything which was nice. I wouldn’t stay here again

Rooms were nice and clean, but we had no soap in the shower. We also did not get any sunlight. Need more washcloths than one. Couldn’t see out of the window. Location was great.

The hotel needs an update, our room had a leaking window, when it rained water ran down the wall, lamp was broken, our door had issues and was left open by cleaner, our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days.
