Close to the falls but terrible in every other way

Pros: not much
Cons: Everything. Could be updated but at least needs to be cleaned from the inside out.
Way overpriced for the outdated dusty and dirty hotel.

Fine for the price

Pros: Amenities -- walking distance to Niagra Falls, arcade in building, pool in building, nice restaurant in building
Cons: Room condition - older room, needs updating
Location: Niagra Falls Hard Rock Cafe - walking distance Tony Roma's - in building
I will start by saying that the amenities were really nice -- the fact that there is a nice, new arcade, large enclosed pool in the building, and a Tony Roma's all physically part of the hotel complex is a big selling point. It also is walking distance to the Falls themselves and a number of other sights -- all great stuff. Hey, it is what it is - it is a budget hotel in a touristy area. It was fine - it was what I would have expected. Nothing horribly wrong, but the rooms were not brand new. The lobby was.

Not very happy

Pros: You could walk every place from hotel.
Cons: It needs to be updated to the present times. In appearance and high tech.
Location: Close to all the local attractions
Staff at the hotel were very nice. And the hotel is close to everything. Other that that the hotel is dated. If you have a family that relies on high tech phones and computers good luck. Internet comes and goes or does not work. We were on the 4th floor and had very poor signal. Laptops would not hook up even in lobby. The farm out support so when you call they transfer you and you wait for help. That never happens. Gave up after one day. Just went over to a lobby at another hotel and hooked up just fine and worked from there. The rooms are very dated and out door had a linebacker present to get it open. (it opened very hard)

Disappointing

Cons: Alot
In less than 24 hours we checked OUT! Lock on room door was broken, shower faucet was broken, the hotel in whole was dirty and we found some critters in the bed.

Hotel was renovated but my room was not.

Hair dryer smelled of urine. Shower was not even and would not drain. Had to request towels be replenished. Carpet wasn't vacuumed daily. No breakfast.

Loved the location!

Pros: The restaurant/bar downstairs was convenient.
Cons: A complimentary breakfast would've been nice.
Location: The location was excellent!
It was great for our family trip. Very clean, and there was a man in the lobby prepared to explain all the Niagara Falls tours available.

Location: Good food & of-course walkable distance to Niagara falls.
Even though the hotel had a room free but they still hesitate to give us the room since we were a bit early then the check-in time at 4:00PM.

Niagara Falls New York

Pros: Nothing.
One of the worse experiences I ever had. when we arrived there was trash all over the grounds the trash can outside was over flowing. The room had not been vacuumed the bath room was filthy with hair all over the sink I felt dirty sleeping there. I could not get a discount because we booked it through expedia. I will never book through expedia again.
