Staff great. Looks like hotel is being upgraded. Many new things. Few areas still to go but I was looking for safe convenient location. Met my needs

Nice room

We had a good sleep until the neighbours decided to watch TV at 3 am. And the smoke from the smokers outside came in through the air conditioner. Breakfast was adequate.

Beds were too soft. Cable TV was pathetic. Sit on side of bed and it flips up! Filthy bed spreads.

Low cost, lower service

The whole place needs a lot of TLC. Management clearly believes they should give you no more than what you pay for. And yes, the place is pretty cheap. Prepare to be impressed negatively. Room was poorly cleaned. Bedding is old and damaged, lamps don't work, bath tap is broken (turns left, right or all the way around and water is always cold). After looking at it closely, I realized the handle was broken, and that it is likely it's been that way for some time. An easy fix, just like the lamps, but management is clearly not interested in fixing these "insignificant" details. One of our beds was covered in dog hair. I don't mean a little. I mean a shedding dog amount of hair covering the bed! I pulled off the duvet, only to find the blanket below was full of dog hair also. I guess it was silly of me to expect two clean beds for $45! The other bed had old worn sheets and covers on it but I didn't see dog hairs.

Pros: nothing
we had booked room for two days but checked out in less than 24 hours because we were not feeling comfortable in the hotel/room. it was a very bad experience.

Room needs updating, hard bed but the bathroom had been remodelled.
