Clean place but stuck in the 70's complete with 26" analog tv! Want a cheap stay for a night? It's fine.

Comfy hotel at a good price, close to Buffalo.Posted Oct 17, 2015
Arrived early and we were allowed access to the room 2 hours prior to check-in at no-charge. Clean, comfy room. Breakfast was nice.

Nice and close to the bridge to the US. Really the only good thing. You get what you paid for.

Nice Hotel.Posted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: Clean, comfortable and quite.
Location: Quite location. Niagara falls 20 minutes away. Fort Eire 10 minutes away. US customs 10 minutes away
Stayed here one night. Although a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast served each day. Free parking, and ideally situated for nice drives to the Niagara Falls and Fort Erie complexes. Also 10 minutes drive from US border.

Clean...but...Needs real TLC here!Posted Aug 26, 2015 on Hotels
We had a very good sleep on comfortable matresses and that is what counts. The room was clean though not updated in any way. The one bed tipped forward easily when I sat on the end. The outside doors to all rooms needed painting badly and the office window had several cracks in it. This hotel is in serious need of some basic maintenance work that should always be taken care of before it looks this obvious.... to look and be more appealing to the guests. We won't be back for sure.

A little run down, but okay for the price!Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: The staff, the location
Cons: Cigarette burns in the comforter, the desk chair was kind of chewed, one lamp had a bad cord, no dish in the microwave...
Location: Within sight of the bridge to Buffalo, Fort Erie. The neighborhood itself seemed a little run down, but not far from a nicer area with shopping.
This hotel has obviously seen better days, but the staff was incredibly nice, and it was pretty inexpensive. It was certainly convenient to the historic site I had come to visit (Fort Erie), and there was a Tim Horton's right next door, ALWAYS a good thing.

Great service, great valuePosted Aug 16, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent service! I had a wifi problem on my second night and the desk clerk spent a friendly 30 minutes working to fix my problem, despite me being the only guest affected. When I checked out I accidentally left my laptop behind in the lobby, and the manager kindly and promptly mailed it to me in another country, no questions asked. The room was basic and good for the price. The motel is in a quiet area in excellent proximity to downtown Buffalo, if you don't mind crossing the border. A great place to stay while taking the NY bar exam.
