The room I paid for was handicapped and could sleep 6. Unfortunately the pull out couch was broken. The staff were excellent in giving me the room next to the original but floor space was severely reduced. The elevator has issues. Some bad craftsmenship on the walls and loose light fixture in my room. And to top it off was the layer of grime at the water level of the pool. Sadly I will not stay here again.

Began with the halls, carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Room was no better. Bathroom floor was sticky and soap was all empty with residue down the bottles and on the walls. We hoped housekeeping would fix some of the issues the next day, but in our 2 night stay we never saw a single housekeeper. Our towels and sheets were never changed, nor our soap replaced. On top of that, the pool was down for the weekend.

Upon arrival I noticed trash can at entrance was over flowing and was like that for first 2 days. As for room , I did not want room service because I had my dog so I pulled trash bag when it was full and there was a cup and paper towels below bag from a previous guest. There was no remote for the tv in the room , cob web hanging from corner between ceiling and wall. As for the staff , they were wonderful. Kendra , who worked the front desk was super. Laura the breakfast maker , also super friendly. Even with the lack of detail on a few things. I would stay there again. They allow pets and do not care about the weight of them as most hotels are 50 pound limit. And the location is located in a perfect spot. Kinda in the center of all directions. I needed to go.

The front desk staff are very welcoming and nice. The elevator had a musty smell and the floors were dirty. The pool had key access that didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk to ask them to open it. At times the doors for the pool were propped open. The pool water was green, the deck of the pool was very dirty. Our room the pullout sofa bed was nasty. Had crumbs under the couch cushions, the bed had crumbs on it and black things that looked like bugs. I went to the front desk and was given another room. The other room was much more clean. Very dated hotel for a Wyndham chain. Very disappointed. If needing for a night to sleep would be ok. This hotel is budget hotel. Never ate the breakfast that was offered.

It is not a soundproof hotel, so you can definitely hear your neighbours. For the price I paid, it was alright though. We were pretty excited to swim at the hotel but when we walked into the pool area, we noticed the pool was an off colour. It looked extremely dirty. You could not see to the bottom of it. That put us off swimming and we did not go in. There were two kids in it and the parent did not go in because of the colour. Our upstairs neighbours kept us up until 1am.. they had their TV blasting and stomped around for 3 hours straight. I eventually called the front desk because it was getting ridiculous. I assume something was done about it. Overall, I will be staying here again for the price and the cleanliness of the hotel. I might just request a top floor room.

Property is Amazing! Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good. Only complaint would be the wifi. Very poor connection and a lot of dead zones. I turned off my wifi and still has no internet. I would have given this property 5 stars if it wasn’t for that.

We stopped overnight to see the Falls. Picked this hotel based on price and location. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. No funky odors in the hotel. The staff were nice. Breakfast was hot for the coffee, waffles, eggs, and sausage. Would stay here again.

The carpets in the hallway were disgusting, the doors were all marked up and dirty. The room had a huge stain on the couch. There was hair everywhere in the washroom. We entered the room and saw how dirty and smelly it was and immediately checked out and went to another hotel.
