Hotel has possibilities but needs much improvement

Arrived in evening. Receptionist English very poor No facilities in room for tea coffee or hot water to make a hot drink. Fridge faulty. Phone faulty. Toilet seat very stained. Room decor Very dated. TV ancient. Outside seating broken. Despite all facilities were clean. Not what we expected from Expedia

Disappointment!

This place is run down and dirty! I have 3 kids one an infant you would think they would take extra care but instead I got a room where the washroom had no working lights, no working fan, the shower couldn't maintain the water at a steady temperature (terrifying for my kids) and the door didn't close shut...the room smelled!!! It was an awful night. My advice don't bring your family here.

Beaucoup trop loin de la ville si vous êtes sans auto ! L'autobus se rend pas ! Sinon j'ai rien a redire tout est OK ! Personnel super gentil !

Hotel experience

Overall experience in niagara was awsome.. I was really expecting bit more out of the hotel on terms of amanities. .. no microwave to heat our good. . Nice little compact fridge.. horrible bed and pillows. ... could not get any sleep at all...

Little getaway

Pros: Location, size of room, amenities
Cons: The beds and pillows
Location: Far enough away from the tourist area of Niagara Falls but close enough that it's not a long drive.
Great experience over all. The young girl we had at check in gave us a great first impression. Room was perfect size for its purpose for us, mainly to sleep in.

Pros: Propreté et gentillesse du personnel.
Cons: Nécessite un peu de rénovation.

The shower is not very good. The hot water and the cold water comes and goes. No one will be able to take a shower any time they want it will be specific hours.
