Worst hotel experience

This is the worst hotel i have stayed in. I went and checked in, got ready for a shower there was no wash rag. Asked the front desk was told they ran out. No cold water in tub, no iron for clothes, no telephone in the room, tube television with 5 channels. Ceiling fan dirty and not working broken floor tiles. Door showed sign of tampering. Hotel yard was a mess.

Basic Hotel, good value.

Pros: Price, pool, fridge, internet. Fairly quiet. Easy drive to area attractions.
Cons: Put lights on in pool area after dark. Put a chair in the room.
Location: All the area attractions are nearby. This motel is just before main busier area, but an easy drive.
Good Things: price, pool, fridge, internet. Fairly quiet. Easy drive to area attractions. Negative: no hair dryer, no lights at pool after dark, basic few channels on TV. Police arrived to check into a disturbance on the upper level. Desk, but no chair in room. One light burned out.

Awful and disgusting

My friend and I booked two nights there with her three year old son. upon check in we found many disturbing things about the room. The beds don't have fitted sheets over the mattress, no garbage can, there were needle caps left under the bed that the three year old could access, and used tampon applicators behind the toilet. Wifi also was very bad and when asked why we could not connect we were given no answers. I would not recommend as it was very disgusting and horrifying.

A bad hotel near Niagara Falls

The hotel does not change sheets, does not clean the room when you're there longer than for a day. Also had a bathroom leak during our stay.

Dirtiest Hotel I have ever experienced

Pros: Not much
Cons: Everything
I picked this hotel because the price was right and was within walking distance to Clifton Hill. It was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. We had to clean the bathroom before use and the carpet was NOT vacuumed. Syringe heads were found under a bed and behind nightstand as well as food crumbs. I sat at the pool for an 1.5 hrs and watched someone clean "1" room for that entire time and more and not once did the vacuum make it into the room. This hotel NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!

Hotel was close to the falls you are able to walk to get to places instead of paying for parking .

Close to Clifton hill

Waited to et in the room for 20+ minutes then went to a double room finally got everything worked out got the jacuzzi suit I paid for originally after getting into the room then waited over 30 min for the key to the hotel from the staff.. Walked in to get it myself (after being told it will e delivered) then proceeded to find hair,dirt etc in the room. Overprice under cleaned room with minimum staff knowledge

Worst hotel stay ever. No cold water, tv Internet

No cold water. Rooms are dirty. No tv connection. No jetted water in tub. Missing lots of light bulbs(very dark). We bought some from the store. They haven't even done our room in 4 days!! We needed to keep asking for towels.

Poor management.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people for our long weekend trip with friends from USA. We're disappointed in most of everything. Lights, and air conditioning are broken. Washrooms is dirty especially the toilet bowl. We have to cleaned it ourselves again. Wifi is not working properly and TV is so old and only 4 channels are working. We asked cleaners to clean our room on the second day before we left and when we came back after 12 hours of galavanting were are shocked knowing no one did it. We will not stay in this hotel ever again. Horrible place. The lady in front does not perform her task well.
