Pros: The food was excellent and the service as well.
Cons: It would have been nice to have an in room coffee maker.
The staff was very nice. Our room had no heat so between the desk and maintenance staff we were given another room.

Close to everything

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from almost every. Has a great old feel that you done get with big chain hotels

Great Hotel, Excellent location, loves pets!

Ok, hotel was excellent and the staff was great. The room was clean and taken care of. Only negative was there wasn't a blow dryer in the room. The staff loved pets and our 2 dogs were not an issue. The restaurant was top notch with excellent staff and amazing food! Eat there as often as you can, Location is amazing, only short walk to the falls, Clifton hill & casino. We loved our stay & will be staying there again.

Moldy bathroom

Staff were friendly and welcoming, however the bathroom was moldy and not very clean. The desk chair in the room should have been replaced with a new one as there were lots of stains on the cover.

Cons: Have a heated indoor pool Provide wifi for room 114 Remove the ants in tha bath room, then fix shower faucets so it turns off and fix proper temp
Overall unhappy with hotel room. Especially 114, no wifi, ants in bathroom. Then hotel indoor pool wasn't heated. Staff not helpful. Providing breakfast discounts that couldn't be used for lack of services such as wifi and constantly suggesting pool was heated yet never so.

Nice hotel close to Skylon Tower

The lobby and restaurant of the hotel are unbelieveably gorgeous- just wish the rooms matched! Dont waste your money on a "fireplace" room, we were sorely disappointed that it was an electric fireplace that was clearly an afterthought thrown in an empty space. Our heater was broken upon arrival, but was fixed quickly (within an hour). No heat in the bathrooms. This hotel is definitely a step above a cheap hotel, but I would only say a step.

Nice place

Pros: The restaurant has a really good chef, and it has a nice classy atmosphere especially with the wood burning fireplace
Cons: the rooms need a deep inspection, there's allot of little things that need fixing, found a few in our room this time and last time we stayed
Location: good location, a little off the main drag, yet walk-able to the skylon, casino, and to the main drag, even to the falls on a nice day.
been here a few times in the past, always great food at the restaurant. This time around was not pleased as expedia's deal with the hotel is no deal, the normally free parking was suddenly $15 per day, and ad in an $8 dollar facility fee that's not there on a normal booking and everything saved was gone and it cost almost $5 per night more. We were not happy with the rude guests in the room next to ours laughing loudly and yapping until 2am in the morning when we called the front desk and complained, it still took over 15 minutes before they quietened down. The bathroom floor was like ice, I mean cold enough that you had to stand on a towel as it was to cold to stand on in bare feet. (room 225) Other wise we had a good 2 nights stay there. OH yes, if Old Stone Inn reads this, please change your pool hours it would be so nice to go for a morning swim at say 6:30 or 7 am,,,,, by 10 am most people like us would be gone out touring for the day.

Easy location

Pros: We overlooked the courtyard which was pretty and quiet.
Location: Close to restaurants, short walk to the Falls.
Simple hotel, pretty lobby, indoor pool… met all our needs.

One night stay, check in at 4pm but our room was ready at 2pm. Was supposed to have a queen bed but pretty sure it was a double but ti wasn't a big deal. Recommend paying that bit extra to stay in the Luxury suite.

The theme of the inn is excellent.

Fabulous decoration. The staff are good, I booked a King bed room, they give me a double Queen bed room, after I speak with the front desk, they give me the King bed room and help me to move my bags.
