Not hood

Too noisy.we could not sleep. Top far from the reception. No breakfast area.

We are sorry that your stay was less than satisfactory. Depending on what room type you choose the location can differ; however, we do have a staff here 24 hours if in need of any assistance. We do have a breakfast area located in Don Cherry's from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We also give a coupon for Buy One Get One 50% off at check in. Thank you and we appreciate your feedback.

Noisy corridors and loud clientele. Could not sleep untll 3am. Forget room service as it does not exist. Corridor signage not adequate to reach office.

Our housekeeping staff offers cleaning service every day you stay, as well, our Front Desk is equipped with many items that can be delivered to your room. Also, Don Cherry's (our on site restaurant) offers in room service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks during their hours of operation. Too far from the falls

The hallways to the rooms were cooler than normal but the lobby was warm

Dirty bed spread

One of the two beds had a large stain on the bed spread. Many marks on the wall and the bathtub was stained and shower curtain was dirty. Did not use the bathtub for that reason

Good Location

Pros: On the Lundy's Lane street, super close to things
Cons: New comforters would be a good idea, there were a lot of nicks in the fabric and could tell it's been used multiple times
Location: Canada One outlet across the street, sushi place, lots of places to eat.
Right across from the Canada One outlet, which is convenient if you want to shop or eat some fast food. There are 2 towers of this building, the east building seems more renovated and the west building seems like it was renovated earlier than the east building. Lots of parking but its 20$ for parking. We stayed on a Friday night and it was fairly quiet. Walls are paper thin, my fiancé went out for a cigarette and I could hear him close the door to outside from our room and we were on the 4th floor.

Security Deposit

They used my interac for security deposit and I didn't realize til I was home 200 km away they didn't refund it to me as was explained at front desk. Now I have to fight to get my money back for the deposit and I should also point out the room was prepaid on credit card.

Cheap hotel

You get what you pay for, which is too bad for guests here. My room had fruit flies in it, the Kleenex box was empty, and the mini fridge door didn't shut. I spent barely any time in that room, only sleeping in there, and still found all of these faults. They also hit you with a parking fee that adds half the price of the room onto the end of the bill.

Reasonable rates and decent facilities.

Dominic was very helpful upon check in and was patient with S we figured things out. Room was clean but had a bit of an odour. Like it was musty or damp at one time. Parking is very tight and other guests should be aware of how wide the spaces are when parking. Over all a good night.
