Second time staying at the Ramada on Lundy's Lane.

Pros: Great location
Location: Clifton Hill, The Falls, Outlet Malls
We always receive great service when we stay at this Ramada. We are in driving distance to many things and the outlet mall is right across the street.

we were not happy about the 20.00 parking fee or the 6.99 facilities fee. These should have been included in the room cost. The pool was very small and the parking lot had a large dumpster that was full of large rats. The parking lot was not well lit or maintained.

Close to Shaw Festival

Great room....large sitting room.... Great comfortable bed.... Only stayed one night but very affordable and I found the little correspondsnce I had with employees to be warm and friendly.

Wonderful room and amazing service

My family and I came to Niagara for the weekend to celebrate my moms birthday. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were very quick with providing us with anything we needed. The room itself was well kept and very clean! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

20 Dollars for parking in Niagara Falls, its hard to find anywhere here that parking is cheap, sorry that was an issue for you, and Deposit are required to ensure the safety of our rooms when people are paying cash. Hope you had a good stay .

Lots of hidden fees, no hot tub, tiny bathrooms...wouldnt come again

hiden charges

Hotel is Ok, but parking lots are very small and to expencive $ 20 per night+ tax and extra charge for use of some facilities even if you do not use them

Disappointing Stay

Pros: nothing, I have no plans of booking here again.
Cons: second building should have a front desk
We are very disappointed with the facility. First we where told that our room will be on their second building. Which was a surprise! Secondly... do not book Room #205. You hear every single noise from the room above. You hear them walking, flushing and showering and on our experience people talking till 2:00 am. We also noticed that the smoke detector was covered with band-aid and to top it all their staff was vacuuming the hallway at around 9:00 pm

A suite with no tub
