The pool is everything if you have kids! Its big and is surrounded by couches, very family friendly. You can bring food and drinks and relax while your kids Go nuts. Game room is VERY expensive but also fun for kids.

Everything about the hotel was great. The pool was too busy even though the hotel itself was not. The American side of Niagara Falls is deserted!! Most placed were closed or looked abandoned. We always stay at the Canadian side but wanted to try the other side this time. We went to a grocery store (Tops) to get something for the dinner. There was a cop there and the entry had a metal fence!! Had never seen such security at a grocery store! Well at least not anywhere in Canada.

Parking was confusing, $15 free play was confusing, access to Casino not completely covered. But the hotel itself has everything you need.

It’s sad that you have to pay for pool even when you do not use it, and they didn't mention that during reservation .

The hotel itself was fine, however, when packing the car to go home I found that there was a failed attempt to steal my car sometime overnight, leaving it damaged. This happens in the hotel’s paid parking lot, so I would deem the area potentially unsafe. A police report was filed, I did not make the hotel aware of the incident prior to writing this review.

A couple next door to us had a 30 minute drunken fight at 12:30am. Scared my daughter so much she couldn’t sleep. In the morning, the front desk said they’d refund everything but that I had to call Expedia for the main refund. Expedia then told me that the hotel did not approve a refund. The person at the front desk was nice, but the person in billing at the Sheraton was a liar. Said that I’d had an “altercation” with another guest. Complete nonsense. Plus, the hotel smelled horrible and we felt afraid for our safety. Overall, the worst hotel experience of my life.

I don’t recommend this hotel, terrible noise during the night. I read other reviews before booking and I still booked a room. Big mistake.The hotel is very old, horrible old carpet, small bathroom and noisy. I couldn’t sleep starting at 3:00 am, I could hear other people speaking from their room and kids screaming. Horrible experience.

Shower was very hard to turn on and as a short older person the water flew away over my head. I could not rinse under my arms etc. Lamps on both sides of bed were hard to turn on and off. Pillows on bed were very u comfortable and dated. Doors being locked at night when we returned from Casino made it very awkward and scary. If we has not ran into a security person we would have known how to get into the hotel

Great hotel with an even better staff. Took my Mother to the Falls for her 77th Birthday and she was treated like a Queen by the staff. Can't say enough about how kind and professional the staff is at this hotel!!

The fees they charge at check out are ridiculous. I had to pay an extra 64$ on top of the 300 I spent on the room. The staff argued with me when I told them I was already charged the parking fee when I initially paid for the room and were completely rude about it.

The parking is a separate charge and is owned by the state. Parking is an additional fee and is explained on the third party websites as well. It is not included in your total.

Last minute trip.
It was a last minute decision to travel to meet up with family. We have been to the Sheraton several times and it is always clean and staff are always friendly. We miss TGIF restaurant and its too bad the restaurant that is in its place is never open when we have been.
