I had a fair expectation for Sheraton, perhaps my expectation was too high. The room was decent and the amenity was fine, but some sloppy details (e.g. bit messy bedding, dust on lamp) caught my attention. My partner and I weren't thrilled when the room service knocked our door while we were sleeping, and he didn't even apologize after finding out he got the wrong room. It was a family-friendly hotel and I heard lots of children running and talking loud in the place outside. They have a cozy pool and it is probably a good fit for a family trip.
The hotel could be between 3-4 overall, but I put "2" as it was a disappointing experience for me personally.
