I had a fair expectation for Sheraton, perhaps my expectation was too high. The room was decent and the amenity was fine, but some sloppy details (e.g. bit messy bedding, dust on lamp) caught my attention. My partner and I weren't thrilled when the room service knocked our door while we were sleeping, and he didn't even apologize after finding out he got the wrong room. It was a family-friendly hotel and I heard lots of children running and talking loud in the place outside. They have a cozy pool and it is probably a good fit for a family trip. The hotel could be between 3-4 overall, but I put "2" as it was a disappointing experience for me personally.

Nice but dirty

Pros: Staff was pleasant. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Pet friendly. Free parking. Overall look and feel of the hotel and pool area were nice.
Cons: Cleanliness. In-room service could be better; an order that was told would take 15 minutes, took one hour. Some shady characters loitering around.
Location: Very close to Niagara Falls, aquarium.
Not bad for one night. The room could use a cleaning; especially the walls and night table. The pool and hot tubs could use some scrubbing.

Close to the Falls

Not too bad, close walk to the Falls and everything local. It was hard to bathe the kids because there was only a shower,the beds and pillows were soft, the room was ok but the refrigerator smelled bad and the toilet overflowed while we were there. The staff was helpful and friendly, overall, it was pleasant

Nice Hotel. Confusing name

The hotel was good but its confusing. I wanted to stay at Sheraton on the falls not at the falls.

Walking Distance to Niagara Falls

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be in decent but warn condition. It definitely could use a remodel. Check out time is noon but the cleaning lady pounded on our door at 9:30 wanting to clean. We rented two rooms and she did the same at both rooms and woke everyone up. We all were unhappy about that. The TGI Friday's was really good and the pool & hottub were nice

Great hotel, comfy beds

Room was well equipped with the king size bed,bar fridge, coffee maker and the requisite TV. Would it be nice to stay a little bit longer and in nicer weather. We took refuge from a major blizzard and stayed for one night. The pool looks very interesting with the sharks and an aquarium with tropical fish on display that can be seen from both the pool and the walkway beside the pool. Looks like a great hotel for kids. Minutes from bridge to Canada.

a great experience!!!

Very professional staff, great hotel room, very clean, great swimming pool. Overall a great place to stay even with children. A lot of restaurants, arcade and the location is a 2 minute walk from the Niagara Falls. For the adults; the Seneca casino is really close to the hotel; is like a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Great location!!!

close to the casino

very disappointed with my experience!!!!! for the cost i expected more. unexpected taxes & fees. not clean enough. they also put myself & my wife on the same floor as a high school hockey team( very noisy)
