Nice spacious pool and hot tub area very clean. Room very clean just needed extra bathrob and slippers...... one is not enough in a basic room.

We went here for our anniversary and bday celebration. Great location for going to the casino, many restaurants and other activities.

Convenient

Close to casino and conference center....out door parking not great but adequate (lack of parking garage)

Great location, fun for families

We had a great stay, Blake checked us in, he and all staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and smiling. The location is great, we were there for an event at the conference center it was perfect location. Our room had a hiccup with a clogged sink that wouldn't drain but it was repaired quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, shower only in bathroom. The.fitness room was clean, pool area was really fun and kids loved the fishtanks.

Beautiful hotel with awesome staff

We decided to take a quick last second trip to NF on Friday. Booked the hotel that morning and arrived in the evening. The hotel was beautiful and the desk staff (esp. Nate) and housekeeping staff were so polite and helpful. The room was very nice and well kept. Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel close to the fall

Nice hotel, coffee maker, fridge, and toaster was included which is a great option, as well as newly renovated pool and great staff

The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient when you have children. The location was perfect for crossing over to Niagara Falls, Canada, and it was about 2 blocks from Niagara Falls Park in New York. The rooms need some updating, the carpet. It was good to have the TGIFridays and Rainforest Cafe in the hotel, Starbucks too. There really wasn't much walking distance. Front desk staff was very helpful and professional.

Front desk staff are poorly trained

The check in experience was pathetic. The front desk clerk seemed to be new and couldn't tell us anything about hotel amenities. We checked in late and inquired about the hotel restaurants and were incorrectly told they had already closed when they were not. I requested a room closest to the elevator but was then given a room the completed farthest. The list continues...

Okay not bad

The room is okay regarding cleanliness and spaceous. However, lighting provided in the room is NOT enough and is alway dark. Free breakfast is provided for room booking but you need to pay for the drinks including all sorts of tax and service fee which are comparatively expensive. Also, we're not told to pay by the end of your meal but not told in advanced
