The hotel restaurant buffet was a hard no, cold tasteless, and even some stale food. The daily resort fee with no beds made up or room tidied, no bottles of water replaced(charged for daily), garbage taken out……..the gym was disgustingly dirty. After the first day, I made sure to wipe everything really well before and after which is a usual practice but not to the extreme that your hands stunk if you didn’t. The luxury tax and resort tax as well as heightened prices on everything was insane. The view was beautiful though and the room was upgraded and they accommodated an extra day for me without having to switch rooms.

I booked my room over two months ago, we picked the Sheraton specifically so our kids could enjoy the indoor waterpark. The waterpark was closed both days we were in Niagra, the only open pool was tiny and 3.5'deep...no one at the desk could explain why or explain why we werent informed. Our rate should have been adjusted or given free parking. I could have easilychosen somewhere my kidswould have enjoyedmore.

The location of the hotel was perfect walking distance to the falls and all attractions. As for the hotel we arrived on 4/12/24 they requested a hold of $150 U.S, on my credit card in case of incidentals which I was fine with. They then proceeded to attempt to charge additional $115 at 2AM in the morning of 4/13/24 and then again for $112 on 4/14/24 at 4:30AM. I always keep my card locked when traveling and they were unsuccessful. Upon checking out, I questioned them. They stated that they saw no authorization for those charges on my account and had no idea why. I canceled my credit card and requested a new one from my bank. Just beware and mindful of extra charges

Paid for falls view and larger space. It was worth it. We got both falls view and Clifton hills as well. The resort fees include complimentary beer testing for two and also bus tickets! The check-in was easy, even though it took a slightly longer time for the wait in line process.

The express check in/out is great but the final bill they send via email is confusing with lots of different charges that aren't well explained. It also isn't clear that I already paid for the room via Expedia as it appears on my bill. I will have to watch my credit card bill to make sure only the necessary charges go through which is a pain. I may have actually preferred to check out with a person to clarify all of this.

Amazing view of the falls from our room. Very close to the WeGo bus and attractions. We had a great time and would highly recommend, especially considering the reasonable cost for the room.

Overall a great experience, staff especially. Very helpful in resolving some minor issues and questions. The rooms are spotless, modern, smart tv, bathrooms are top quality. I think that a large downside to our stay was parking. Having to navigate multiple floors and walk through the parkade made it difficult to come and go. Though this is more to do with the area and not something the hotel can really control. Next time I will try the valet service. Our floor and suite in particular were quite loud, we could hear the neighboring suites sink and toilet. Hallway and elevator traffic could be heard at conversation volume while we were in the room. The elevator situation is unlike anything Ive ever experienced. Multiple elevators but easily a 15 minute wait everytime we tried to use one. Taking an elevator to go down only for it to change direction and take you to the restaurant. Many other people made remarks about how perplexing it was. The breakfast buffet was stellar and the views amazing. The surrounding area has so much to do and see. The arcade and casino and cafes are all top quality. For the price and location, it is a great choice. I would stay here again in the future.
