Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room looked nice when we first walked in. After we had been there a little bit, we started to see that it was not all that clean. We could see dust sitting on things, there was a hair going from a night stand to the bed (the sheets were clean), and there were finger marks on the bed side table. We also were put in a room that adjoined with another that we didn't need and unless we had the fan on, we could hear everything. The breakfast was alright. Overall, it gave us a place to be in between visiting a friend in the hospital, nothing more.
