Close to shopping and food..Great location

Rooms​ are dated, need to improve on the bathroom, beds, rooms are also very dark.. the hotel clerk are very nice..And willing to help with anything.

Niagra Falls Visit

Pros: Close to the Falls and a good rate
Cons: Make breakfast till 10:00am
Location: Niagra Falls and shopping
Nice hotel. Room clean and spacious. Heat worked very well. Bed very comfortable. John M at front desk was very kind and courteous to us and gave us directions to the Falls. We rang the bell at the desk and he said he would be with us in a minute which he was. When he arrived to help us he was very friendly.

Ho Hum

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room looked nice when we first walked in. After we had been there a little bit, we started to see that it was not all that clean. We could see dust sitting on things, there was a hair going from a night stand to the bed (the sheets were clean), and there were finger marks on the bed side table. We also were put in a room that adjoined with another that we didn't need and unless we had the fan on, we could hear everything. The breakfast was alright. Overall, it gave us a place to be in between visiting a friend in the hospital, nothing more.

Daytime manager went over and above to make our stay an awesome experience. Both hotel personnel very very friendly.

Convenient hotel

Employee Robert was great in all aspects, friendly, courteous, willing to inform etc. The employee who was working the breakfast time (when we checked out on Monday Nov 21, 2016) was extremely rude even when she saw us with our children, she didn't respect at all. I would never come back to that location again.
