Short review.. Too hot in room, very small towelsPosted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: Good location to Niagara Falls Large room Comfortable bed Water pressure and temperature in shower good.
Cons: They need to run the air condtioning even on cool nights to control humidity. The lack of properly condtioned air made the stay very uncomfortable.
Location: Easy walking distance to Niagara Fall attractions.
The two of us had a long weekend for our first visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was easy and straight forward. Be sure to call a few hours ahead to let them know your ETA. Parking was adaquate. Not much to say except the issue with the fact that the A/C was not run during the nights when we were there and that made for very sweaty evenings. The primary issue is no air conditioning running or fans during the evening. Even though the outside air temp was in the low 70's in the evenings when we visited and we opened all the windows to get air in the room, it was too humid and stagnate to do much good. They could spend $50 just to put a ceiling fan in the room. That would have helped at least a little. The bathroom towels were very small, much smaller and thiner than standard towels. Doesn't seem like it would be that big of an expense for them to purchase decent sized towels. Apparently there is a limit to how many people can be served at breakfast. When we asked for an 8am breakfast on the day we were to leave we were told that there would be no room for us and we would have to have breakfast later. We just skipped breakfast and hit the road. I would recommend this B&B except for the stingy use of air conditioning. No way I would go back because of this.

Don't expect a memorable breakfast.Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: good location, beautiful garden, the house itself is nice and is well maintained.
Cons: Air conditioners, good breakfast, welcoming staff who treated you as a guest not a burden, good towels.
Location: Close enough to walk to the Niagara falls attractions as well as a lot of good restaurants, an indoor water park, wax museums ,etc., etc.
This B and B was nice and homey and close to the falls and many attractions. The woman who was there and who made our breakfast was very stern and a little unfriendly at times. We were expecting something special for breakfast but instead got cold pancakes, eggs that tasted like bacon but we didn't get bacon, and make your own toast. We were awakened by the smoke alarm on the second date and since there is no staff there at night we took care of it at night. We took the battery out and also noticed the unit itself was outdated. Therefore, my husband was unable to sleep knowing there was no functioning smoke alarm. This was a nice place in a good location but needs better management.

Nice affordable B&BPosted Aug 26, 2015
Nice walking distance to everything. Very quiet neighbourhood. Susan is very sweet. Linens and towels could be updated as well as decor. Overall very clean and nice yard to relax in.

Close to attractionsPosted Aug 25, 2015
B&b is in quite neighborhood. Walking distances to all attractions. Susan (owner) makes fresh breakfast every morning. Kids loved her frenchtoasts. Rooms are basic. Make sure to bring your bathtowels, soaps and haircleanser. Not enough pillows in room.

Mysigt B&BPosted Aug 25, 2015 on Hotels
Två nätter som var helt ok. Trevligt bemötande och mysigt boende. Staden är lite märklig, lite Las Vegas wannabe,

Great location but warmPosted Aug 23, 2015 on Hotels
We really loved the area and it was close enough that we could walk everywhere we wanted but far enough that we weren't kept awake at night. Susan made a great breakfast every morning and Edwin was funny and accommodating. Our only problem was we couldn't control the air in our suite so our room was quite warm at all times.

Lovely bed and breakfast within walking to NiagaraPosted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: We had the suite, and shared with my mother in law. Wonderful arrangement of the rooms, worked out well even sharing the bathroom, since it has 2 door
Cons: nothing, I did not even expected that my room would be cleaned and the bed made during my 2 night stays!
Location: 5-10 minutes by foot and you are at the beginning of the falls. Take the car to the left instead and drive up to Niagara on the Lake.
We arrived as strangers and left as friends, also we only stayed 2 days. I loved learning about the Canadian custom (shoes off) as well as experiencing European lifestyle. Susan was very personal. A very quiet neighborhood, lovely. And you are still only 10 minutes away downtown - on foot for a lady who is over 70 years of age. Younger can make it in 5 minutes. Did I mention that delicious breakfast? The eggs were out of the world. Overall I would stay there again and we already bragged to all our friends about our marvelous b and b.

Great ChoicePosted Aug 17, 2015 on Hotels
This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was amazing. The rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious and it was an opportunity to talk with the other guests. It felt like home away from home and would definitely stay here again.
