Parking was easy and the location was walkable to all the main tourist areas as well as convenient to the bus line. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but the buffet was delicious and service was great. We requested a first floor room and we were in the extension across the driveway from the lobby and not in the main building. It appeared that the main building had been updated, but ours was not. Decor was definitely 1970's and worn out. However, the bed was comfortable and had all-white linens including the duvet. The room and bathroom were clean and there was plenty of hot water. All-in-all a very basic room, but adequate.

This is an old hotel that will likely be demolished in the near future. The heating/cooling system is noisy, and the heating was barely adequate on a spring day. The water control in the shower is difficult to use. There was no daily housekeeping available at the time of the solar eclipse (April 8, 2024) because the hotel had no geared up its staffing for the regular tourist season. The big plus here is the easy check-in from the "drive through". Just drive in, unload onto a luggage cart, take your stuff to your room, and then park at the rear of the hotel. Similarly easy to check out. Beds were comfortable.

The problem being is the rooms need some u keep with wallpaper peeling off the walls to the washroom when the light is on was heating up the room. My parents stayed here for several years when it was Michael Inn and was not nice telling her upon our return how run down the hotel is from their years of staying there In actual fact my Mom paid for our stay

Staff was very friendly. Room was a little dated but very clean. Location is off the main strip of Clifton Hill bet is perfect if you want someplace quiet while still walkable to attractions. Bus service stop is a block from the hotel that will take you straight to the falls and attractions if you don’t feel like walking. Will book at this hotel again in the future.

The rooms were updated and clean. It is a very convenient walk to all the attractions, but a quiet enough place that you will not be disturbed by the hassle of people going out at night. The manager was very friendly. We had to cancel the last night unexpectedly and they were very accommodating and gave us a refund. Overall, while not a luxurious place, is well worth it for the money, convenient and the bonus is that it has a swimming pool which is always great for the kids.

Older hotel for sure, but for the price it’s doable. They really need to work on getting new lights or phones to have the option of using a USB cable. I forgot my charger cord box to plug in the wall so I thought they would have a USB plug in but they do not. Everything was clean and well kept, they just need to work on updating a few things. Breakfast buffet isn’t too bad. Nice and quiet and well organized. Food was nice but it was average. They had a lot of variety. French toast was really good. The lady working there was really nice and went beyond what we needed, gave us take out boxes if the kids got hungry later. We were a big family so it was really nice. She was very friendly. Only major complaint was the pool. Could just be a few degrees warmer and it would have been better otherwise the kids had a great time. They had a little kids pool there but it was unfortunately not opened. We stayed in a family suite. There was 3 beds, with two room, we thought there was 1 big room for 3 beds so it was better than I expected.

A great property with a fantastic view of the Niagara river. I highly recommend upgrading to a balcony room to see it (ask for 2nd floor or 3rd floor for best views). You can even see the US falls from the balcony as well. Parking is easy and around $15/night and both Clifton Hill and the Falls are within a 10 minute walk. Will stay again.

Nice quiet, clean hotel. Yes its showing its age by the peeling wall paper and old looking carpet. But we know its a 3 star. We had the jacuzzi room. The hot tub was clean and plenty of hot water, towels and everything worked as intended. There's a buffet breakfast 8 to 11 weekends only and it actually was pretty good. I would go back.

We really enjoy our stay here when we come to the Falls it’s quieter and less traffic than in the other places. It’s a nice walk to the Falls and Clifton Hills area as well.

Very sketchy looking hotel. Claims to be fallsview and it’s not. Place looks like it was filmed in a horror movie. Felt very light headed. Photos are nothing as to what it actually is.

The hotel is due for an upgrade of rooms and hallways first impression I was shocked when i walked off elevator to a 70's looking hallway and rooms definitely need upgrade old furniture and bathroom. But overall stay was nice and quite and close to everything and staff were great.

Great hotel in a quiet area close to Clifton Hill
Always love staying here. It's nice and quiet around the hotel so you can get a good night's sleep. The staff are amazing and friendly. Love that they have options at the breakfast buffet so I can actually eat there. Had potatoes, fruit and oatmeal and it was so good. I highly recommend this hotel.

After staying in various hotels in Niagara this has become my go-to. The service from the staff has always been top notch. The housekeeping staff does a great and thorough job. The rooms, although outdated, are always clean. Great space for the price you pay.
