Too dirty avoid it

The hotel is too dirty you can't imagine the rooms have not been cleaned for years. It's one star maximum.

Thank you for your comment. I will look into this situation. Star ratings are not to do with cleaning but the number of services the hotel provides. Such as microwave & fridge in the room. Pool, sauna, breakfast restaurant on site etc.

Nice enough. Convenient location.

Not bad. Street noise and absolutely terrible WiFi in rm 302 caused us to move to rm 812 for the second night. That rm was quiet and had excellent WiFi. Pool was nice. Hot tub and sauna were not in service during our stay. They use a heavily perfumed cleaner in the rooms: nauseating, and our clothes smell now that we're back home.

Decent hotel for price

Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot tub wasn't working which was disappointing but not the end of the world. Hotel within walking distance to Clifton Hill which was very convenient. Didn't have to take car out of hotel parking which was also convenient and cheaper than public lots. Would stay again.

great value for your money

Pros: Location, price, cleanliness
Cons: Hot tub was broken. Parking should be free with your stay.
Location: Location is very good. A short walk to the casinos, falls, water park and Clifton Hills. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.
Clean rooms, good service, close to falls and other activities. Great value for your money.

Good place to stay

The room was ok. Huge fight in the room beside us, lots of stomping in and out. However the room was good nice comfortable beds. Hotel staff very friendly. Good place to stay. The price was good

Overall everything was pretty good, but the hot tub was down and the indoor pool is pretty small. But it was very clean and the staff was great! Location was also excellent.

Good, but not great

WiFi was very weak; only 10 channels available on tv; breakfast restaurant closes whenever they want, No starbucks or tim hortons within walking distance ; parking was very inconvenient Rooms were comfortable and clean,very nice swimming pool
