Not as bad as other reviews say

Posted Oct 2, 2016 on Hotels
There are some bad reviews of this place but it really doesn't deserve it if you know what you are buying. This is a "no frills" place. Its a motel with the entrance to your room outside. If you just need a room that is within walking distance to everything to do in Niagara Falls, this is your place. If you need to spend the extra money to have room service and a spa and a concierge, go for it. Our room was as basic as you can get. it was 2 beds and a bathroom. There was no phone in the room, no refrigerator but was clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of room for us to set up a pack and play for our son to sleep. We walked to the falls 3 times. Walked to dinner twice and shopping is all around. Parking was included with the price for me although it says it is extra. Not a fancy place by any means but did the job for us to lay our heads at night.

close to everything all within walking distance

Pros: attractions are within walking distance
Cons: cleanliness of rooms
Location: close to Clifton Hill, can walk to Skylon Tower and to the Falls
the rooms are old and neglected however are within an affordable price range for Niagara Falls

You're basically paying for the location/setting

Receptionist was confused about the cost none stop, we had to pay up front at check in which is different. 1 room's toilet didn't flush properly, 1 ac unit leaked whenever it was turned on and for the third room (mine) the washroom's fan was just very loud making weird sounds (sounded like we spawned the devil). Parking was 10$ per day for each car. The location was good though! The pool wasn't available(i don't think it ever is) But overall if you just need a room to crash in then you will be fine. Will i be going again? Nah
