Beautiful hotel in great location
Hotel was excellent, beautiful comfortable room refurbished with great decor. The room we stayed in had an open, visible shower which may not be suitable for friends staying together. The toilet is in a separate room. I’d enquire about the other rooms if this makes you uncomfortable. For us as a couple, we had no issues. Location was right on the high street, with many tram facilities and rail station was a few minutes away.

We stayed here over a rugby world cup weekend and loved our stay. The hotel is central enough to be an easy walk around the centre, but still quiet inside and well insulated from the city noise. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel but ticked all the boxes we needed - a great night's sleep and a decent buffet breakfast!

Very tired - photos looked much nicer than was
Very tired hotel, room was very small, lots of damaged aspects to the room. The photos on the website made it look fresh and new. It was not.

Hotel highly overpriced
The location was perfect. Check-in and Chrck-out experience was good. But the hotel is overpriced. The room was extremely small, AC was terrible and breakfast was average.

The room was extremely small i couldnt move and i was alone, if we were 2 it would be imposible. It wasnt clean inside the wardrobe in upper places dust everywhere. I had a problem with my door it wasnt opening and i had to ask several times to come someone to help me. The first night as i returned the hotel was locked and i waited 10 min out because the person in reception had something to do and locked the frond door. Thin walls you can hear next room talks. Nice breakfast fresh and tasty. Conveniant position just 2 min from the main train station.and nice solution for a short stay in a trip by train, but during night the region it looks a bit unsafe. An average hotel they can be better and less rude....!

Pleasantly surprised. Arrived early. They held our luggage and we walked down to beach. At first thought the location was not right for us. As we explored the area. We live Med it. Breakfast was included. But we overslept first day and had a flight early tge next morning. So I can not comment on that.

We stayed for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite negative reviews on a well know search engine, we found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. This included the cheery man at breakfast who spoke to everyone. Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were good and set you up for the day.

Great 3-day getaway to Nice for a couple
This hotel was a great surprice for us. It was much better than expected. Centrally located, we could walk to everything we wanted in Nice. Friendly staff. Not so big, so it was not crowded in the common areas. Wifi was fast in the room too. Great breakfast, a wide variety of choices. Well stocked bathroom and fridge. Very comfy and nice room.

Great hotel close to train station.
Very well refurbished and modern hotel close to train station and short walk from the beach. We only stayed one night there, but it was really nice place to stay, breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

We stayed here 1 night because all hotels were fully booked and nothing else could not find. The door in room does not close at all, the room was too small and dark and uncomfortable, toilet was too small with bad odor inside. Area is not safe a lot of homeless ppl around. If you prefer safety and comfort avoid this hotel

We booked the hotel expecting to receive a room as it is advertised on the nice pictures in Expedia.com. However, when we got to the room, the bathroom was old and dirty and the room smelled like cigarets. We complained to the staff which was very friendly. However they told us that they have different rooms layouts which means we would not always get the same rooms as the ones on the pictures. Our problem was not the layout though, it was the quality of the bathroom and the cleanliness of the suite. It looks like this hotel has some refurbished/renewed suites and some old ones. On their advertisement, they only show you the refurbished areas which made me really angry when I realised I was fooled by them and that what I paid was not what I was getting. The staff gave us an 'upgrade' on the second day of our stay to make up for our problems on the first night but I still feel like I was fooled by the pictures they show in the website since the upgrade room was actually the quality I was expecting to get in the first place. I would NOT recommend this hotel since you have no guarantees you will receive the renewed rooms. You might be unlucky and get stuck with their old and dirty rooms. In our first night, there was dust inside the shower on the area close to the ceiling. Even though the staff is friendly, I think this hotel is a disappointment to the Best Western franchise. Actually, it is not the first time I get disappointed with Best Western chain.

Best Western Sewer Nightmare
The property was very poorly ran. Only 1 staff was in the hotel. My room smelled like a waste site. Bathroom was leaking methane gas and my uncle’s room had the same awful odor permeating throughout the room. The gas/odor gave everyone headaches within 5 mins of entering a room. We asked the front desk to smell the room himself and he would not- simply saying he knows. He would not change us to a different room - claiming his hotel was full. We asked to speak to the manager/owner but he would not call. My uncle and I had no choice but to leave the property and booked a different hotel. Please check twice before booking; I was very disappointed with Hotels.com. The poor vetting process of listed hotels ruin my vacation in Nice. The hotels claim to be a 4Stars Best Western. What a disappointment. Please do not stay here unless you are ready to smell the sewer all night. Shame on you for misleading us Best Western and Hotels.com.

Staff doesn’t know the meaning of hospitality...except Martine, she put in an effort. TV didn’t work, computer didn’t work, what they sell as a balcony is a joke... Floor of guest room was filthy.

I liked the fact that it was so close to the train station. We were walking and bringing luggage. To get to the beach or old town, we just took a tram - it was about a block away. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was a little overpriced, but hey - it’s Nice!
