Great 5 Star Hotel

The hotel was very accommodating and everything we expected. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the promenade. Great Location! Definitely Stay There Again!

Well positioned being within easy walking distance

Pros: Service is quality, with a high standard of staff care and professionalism. The way we were greeted and welcomed into the hotel.
Cons: The presentation and taste of food (to have more flavour) in the restaurant. Sofas to make the lounge area more inviting for relaxing.
Location: Good location, within easy walking distance of the sea front, old town and restaurants. We enjoyed the walking. Access to good shopping facilities.
The staff at the hotel were extremely polite, professional and welcoming. The desk staff upgraded our room which had all amenities and a most comfortable oversized bed for an enjoyable stay. Air conditioning worked effectively and quietly. The room was very clean. Bedlinen and towels were of a high standard. Due to work being completed in front of the hotel, (nothing to do with the Hotel) we were placed in a room away from this and it did not spoil our stay. The restaurant adjacent and linked was disappointing in the quality of cooking even though the quality of produce was good. More than one guest said the same thing. If this could be improved then the Hotel would have a winner and be hard to beat. (We search out good quality food, taste, presentation and wines more than a restaurant with a sea front view). Check out was speedy and efficient. I was charged for garage fees but as we didn't have a car the error was quickly corrected! We laughed! We would certainly stay there again, being made to feel very welcome.

Pros: la ubicacion y el hotel esta bonito lastima del personal
Cons: la atenciion al huesped
Esperaba la calidad y excelencia de la cadena Boscolo Exedra y fue una decepcion total, me cambiaron 3 veces de habitacion, una de las ocasiones llegue a la habitacion pude abrir con la llave y no estaban las maletas, pregunte en recepcion y nadie sabia nada porfin encontraron que las habian cambiado a otra habitacion sin notificarme. hay obras en la calle mucho polvo si vas en auto no es posible estacionarse. un fraude para lo que cobran jamas volvere

You packed his bags and we told you you would be moved as soon as the new room was available. Unfortunately, the housekeeper discovered that there was a leak in the room and it could not be rented. We tried contacting you but were not able to reach you, it is only when you returned to the hotel that we were able to inform you of the new room number. Please accept our most sincere apologies on behalf of the Boscolo Exedra. As for the construction of the new tram line in front of the hotel, we completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, this situation is completely out of our control. This huge project is well underway and has been mandated by the city of Nice. It is going to be a wonderful improvement to Nice. All travelers, tourists and congress attendants will in one year benefit from this new tram line which will reach the airport in less than 20 minutes. Again thank you for your stay and your feedback. Nice hotel close enough to beach

This hotel may be one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed at or even seen. From outside to within it looks like heaven, maybe because everything is white. Our room with a king bed (kind of/ 2 beds pushed together) was exquisite with a shower/bath in the middle of the room and a curtain that can be drawn so the entire room is visible to you or you to others. My wife believed it was the honeymoon suite it was so nice, and I'm not sure it may have been.

Outside hotel

Pros: The hotel itself was very nice but not what I would call 5 star
Cons: Expedia should have put comments about the roadworks - not hotels fault
Location: Nice is a fantastic location and it was easy to walk to the beach and old town from the hotel
When I arrived at the hotel I was really disappointed due to the huge amount of road works outside the hotel which was dusty and noisy plus not a pleasant view from hotel bar and our room

Monaco Grand Prix stay

Booked this hotel for the Grand Prix weekend checked bags in early as just departed our cruise ship checked with reception that the room we booked was a twin and they said yes, went back at 3pm to check in told to wait another 20 mins,poor service. When arrived at the room it was a double went to complain said would be done at 6pm so went to the bar ordered couple of beers 7 euros each for 33cl can accept that but when arrived they were 25cl so complained to manager & he made some excuse then gave some free drinks but he was not happy didn't drink there for the rest of the 3 night stay.also loads of work being done outside hotel some sort of railway station starts at 7am until about 4 pm. Don't get me wrong hotel is nice and reception staff are great but just don't charge for wrong drinks.

Bel hôtel, bien situé, personnel sympathique

Cons: Gros travaux dans la rue Organisation du petit déjeuner
Location: Bien placé, au centre de tout et pas loin de la plage
Bel hôtel, personnel vraiment très sympathique. Jolie grande chambre mais salle de bain pas très fonctionnelle. Manque un peu d'organisation au petit déjeuner, quelques ratés pas très graves car gérés avec le sourire. Malheureusement de gros travaux dans la rue gâchent un peu l'ambiance et les réveils du matin au marteau piqueur sont un peu frustrants !

Nice, France hotel

Pros: With exception of housekeeping, the Staff was excellent
Cons: Overall maintenance and cleaning of floors Hotel should provide 24 hour services such as cleaning and transportation
Location: Many things within 5 min walk
Hotel was very clean, however our room's floors were not as clean or maintained as one would expect for the price paid. the floors were marked up, scratched and generally cleaned poorly. When we went to have breakfast, we inadvertently left Euros on the dresser. When we returned, housekeeping staff had cleaned the room and removed the money. When we addressed the staff supervisor, she addressed the cleaner, returned the money and said she thought to money was left for her. I found this very concerning. Due to a Bank holiday, teh hotel was not able to provide clothes cleaning.

The hotel was nice with very friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that the interior looks a bit dated and could be updated.

Eclectically designed, centrally located hotel

The design and ambience of the hotel was unique and refreshingly soothing. The front desk staff were courteous, well-informed and helpful with a whole host of queries about Nice and its surroundings, and made planning each of our days simple and convenient. We were given an upgrade as well, and the room itself was charming in its decor and romantic appeal.
