Small double room
We stayed in room 311 and to be hoenst, the room was nice but the floor space just wasnt big enough to accommodate the type of room it was sold as. The wardrobe couldnt open fully because the door hit the corner of the bed and there wasnt really a space for our suit case. We also asked if the tap water was drinkable and the evening staff said no. The morning staff then offered us a complimentary bottle of water the next day .. it would've been apt of the evening staff to offer us the bottle of water. But all together not a bad stay just couldve been sold better

Perfect and economical for solo traveler
I booked a single room and was able to check in earlier in the day since it was ready. I was quite pleasantly surprised to be able to check in at 10 AM when I was prepared to have to wait till 3. The staff was very friendly, clean and honestly it was more than I expected.

In general the hotel was great. The room, the cleanliness, breakfast, and proximity to train station were great. There was a couple of problems, the area is very noisy making difficult to rest. And the staff was not helpful when I had problems.

I liked the staff at Hotel Khla I give 5 stars especially Patrick and Akhmed. They were very pleasant and helpful. I really liked the communal public areas, design clean and new. I did not like breakfast. No variation, soggy scrambled egg no ,boiled/omelette, fried or poached. Could've been more choice here. I did not like my room, it was poor. We could not open door on arrival as bed blocked it. We encountered this each time. I expected a balcony, what I got was a filthy view of Aircon units and walls. It was so dirty out there we had to close windows and use the aircon which eventually gave me a cold. The weather was very hot. In the bathroom there was a lot of unfinished or poor finishing's. Holes in tile just painted over. Towel hook broke off soon as a towel hung on it. Design of shower poor, it was flooding rest of bathroom each time even with a towel down. Poor design, cracks and poor finishing overall in room. Happy I stayed only 2 days there to be honest. I travel regularly all over the world once a month. Disappointed in this hotel, its a shame as Nice was lovely.

Hotel is ok for a budget choice. The reception area has been modernised and redecorated however the rooms badly require to be done as well. Bathrooms are all mismatch of tiles from ones that have been broken, carpets are dusty and threadbare. The bathroom was cleaned to the best they could however due to the age could still see dirty stain marks and black on tile grout. Cupboards in the bedroom had not been cleaned as when you put any clothes on the shelves they came out white from the dust. Overall this hotel was ok to put your head down for the night but pictures make it look better than what is is.

Rudely got told to vacate my room at check out time. Calling guests every 10 mins is not a good look. The Wi-Fi needs to be fixed- very poor internet service which is unacceptable. Overall the hotel opened prematurely and lot of things needs to be fixed.

The entrance and public areas are very nice and look like they have recently been updated. The bathroom in our room needs renovating - very small shower. The bedroom furniture was basic. The walls are very thin - you can hear the people in the next room having a shower and using the hairdryer. Disappointing.

Très bon accueil du personnel, sympathique, serviable , service de bagagerie sur place ce qui est très pratique. Hôtel beau (accueil), bien situé proche tram, petit-déjeuner avec sucré-salé et pas mal de choses très appréciable. Le négatif vient de la chambre, pas très propre (tâche sur drap - cheveux salle de bain ..) , douche petite et vieille, joint sale, carrelage fissuré .. Literie correct. Chambre pas très insonorisée donc pas mal de bruit .. Nous avons pris la chambre la moins cher peut-être était-ce cela car celle que nous avons eu ne correspond pas du toût au standing de l'hôtel. Dommage sinon cela aurait été un séjour au top. Je conseil l'hôtel mais ne pas prendre la chambre premier prix (en espérant que celle supérieur soit bien mieux)

Lage und Sauberkeit bewerte ich gut. Unser Zimmer war schön und entsprach der Beschreibung, allerdings war die Dusche sehr eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keinen Service um zu spät erhaltene Pakete weiter zu schicken. Wir haben medizinisches Zubehör per Express 2 Tage vor check-out bestellt und waren nach unserem check-out noch 3 weitere Tage in der Gegend, ein erhoffter und abgesprochener Anruf vom Hotel über die Lieferung unseres Pakets blieb leider aus. In dem Punkt hätten wir uns mehr Service gewünscht.

Absolutes Horrorerlebnis! Die Zimmer schauen anders als auf den Bildern aus, sie sind so klein, dass man Platzangst bekommt, die Badezimmer sind schockierend schmutzig, sodass man ohne Patschen auf keinen Fall hineinsteigern kann, ohne den Urlaub mit Fußpilz zu beenden. Und nun kommen wir auch schon zum Hauptteil: das Personal, SUPER UNFREUNDLICH! So ein schlechtes Service habe ich bis jetzt noch nie erlebt. Leider ist dieses Hotel auf gar keinen Fall empfehlenswert. Das einzige gute ist, dass das Hotel eine tolle Lage hat, direkt neben dem Bahnhof von welchem man Städte wie Monaco und Cannes schnell erreichen kann.

Lo mejor su cercanía a la estación de tren (1 minuto), si bien la zona no es extremadamente recomendable, lo cierto es que tampoco se vive demasiada inseguridad, lo propio de los alrededores de las estaciones en Europa. Habitación pequeña y baño muy pequeño, si bien la cama en perfecto estado y bue aire acondicionado y armarios. Desayuno medio, escasez de fruta

Hyggelig personale. Kort gåavstand til toget var et stort pluss. Ca 15 min gange til hovedstrøket med restauranter og ca 20 min til strandpromenaden. Ikke store rom, men veldig greit for 1 person. Slitent bad med ingen mulighet for å henge opp dusjhodet. Og det er fryktelig lytt mellom rommene, så husk ørepropper.
