Small room, old furniture, the door wasn't closing well (it felt very unsecured to leave stuff in the room), the price was good for the country, very difficult to find hotel staff if needed, no lift, had to carry luggage 2 floors up, wifi rubbish,close to train station and area relatively ok

4 Day Break in Nice
Great small individual hotel convenient to station, 10 minute walk to the seafront/Promenade des Anglais. Very straight forward check-in out of hours, Text as we landed with door code, really helpful reception. brilliant value for money.

Close to center of Nice.
Room is tiny, tiny. It's like a very small bedroom. Uncomfortable and outdated. Towels were thin, worn, and rough. And limited. Reception barely available to help. No false advertising (though rooms look way better in pics) just not where I'd like to stay.

Well located, cheap and welcoming
Great location right by Nice railway station and close to all the local shops and attractions. Room was clean and comfortable and had a good wifi connection. Owner was lovely and welcoming!

You have to go downstairs to use the wifi, we wanted a twin and got a double, it does say on the booking they don't guarantee you will get the room type you want.

There is a room #9 which is in the basement. 9 is very small, it has no windows or bathroom door. We had been travelling 26 hours and to end up in a room without a window was awful. Since we had arrived at 20:00 there was nobody there- one checks in by receiving an envelope left on the front desk - also received a front door code. On the plus side: very clean, well stocked fridge, kettle, location to train station - walking distance. Helpful staff. Restaurant: Vingt4.

check in a bit DIY ;had to phone the proprietor to get access which was otherwise OK. Therefore no one staff wise on premises most of the time, this wasn't an issue for me but just observing. public areas décor was nice. towels a bit elderly. Fine for one night

A caring hotel
We had a lovely stay here. We arrived late to the hotel but we had clear instructions on how to enter. My partner and I had an enjoyable, restful evening. The customer service was great and very helpful. Thank you.

Good for a short stay
My husband and I stayed for one night, arriving at midnight and leaving very early in the morning. It was pleasant enough for one night stay and was located close to Nice Ville train station. My only issue was that the shower was obviously blocked as it filled up each time we had a shower which didn't feel very hygienic.

The hotel is in a perfect location, only a 15 minute walk to Le Promenade des Anglais. The staff aren't very tentative, we did not see the consierge at all between check in and check out, which may be interpreted as a good or bad thing. Overall a reasonable hotel.

Great little hotel, close to the train station
The room was clean and tidy, with an adequate bathroom. There was a small bar fridge with some drinks in it also. The staff were friendly and very polite. Shame we were only there for one night, we'd love to go back again for a few days.

Pack small- tiny hotel and if you can't receive text you may not be able to get entry code to check in (after hours) not a great location but close to main trai station. Staff was very courteous and friendly

OK for a one or two night break
Quite a small basic room but clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor, no lift and a narrow staircase which could be difficult for some. Well placed for the railway station and in a quiet street. Easy walk to the city centre or tram stops.

Very clean, excellent location
The rooms were very clean and had a nice bathroom if just a little small but I found it better quality and value for money than other hotels I have stayed at in Nice. The decor and room facilities were all in good order and cleaned to a high standard every day. The hotel is literally 2 mins from the train station, there are nicer areas in Nice but for getting around this location can't be beaten.

Clean and adequate facilities, three minutes walk with luggage to SNCF train station. Not in any way luxurious. OK for late arrival and early departure the following morning. Not staffed afternoon and evening - make sure you have a phone to call for entry code on arrival - phone number is on the front door. Good bakery down the street and first left.

Bad experience in glorious nice
No one to greet you only a "secret code" to get you in front door. No lift : wi if didn't work. TV was the size of an iPad. Barely able to turn key because lock was installed poorly, so room not very secure.

Position not bad, 10-15 mins from beach and 5 mins from main tram stop to old town. Hotel is small but cute and quiet, normally no staff on site, key code entry. Quite near railway staion which is good for airport bus transport but slightly dodgy area.

Most everything was fine. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the plumbing smelled like sewer. I think there was an issue with the plumbing.

The location is good only for the people who needs to use the train and avoid overpriced hotels by the coastline of Nice. Small rooms with adequate furniture. It is ok for people who are only going to see around or work all day.

Very nice hotel and staff. The room was nice and very clean. Location was excellent only a few mins to the train station and just a 20 min walk to the old town. Would definately recommand and will stay again next time I am in Nice

Nice, Clean Hotel Close to the Nice-Ville Station
This family hotel is clean & well-maintained. Owner/staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about 5 mins walk from the Nice-Ville train station. It is on a rather quite street yet there are many casual restaurants/eateries within 3 blocks. A TI next to the train station and a regional transit info center around the corner make it easy to plan your trips to nearby towns. Room itself is not big but I consider it as usual in France, and it is very clean and functional (AC in the room). A large super market and the beach are both about 10 mins away - Just ask the owner. Will stay there again if ever back in Nice.

The hotel is located about a 2-3 minute walk to the train station (don't worry you'll never hear any noise from it). The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but they try to keep them as modern looking as possible. We stayed for one night only because we had the catch a train the next morning but if you're planning on staying a few nights just keep in mind that you are about a 5-10 minute walk from the where all the activity is. We actually stayed our first 2 nights at the Le Meridien which is located right on the Promenade and very close to Old Nice. We really loved being so close to everything but if you don't want mind walking this is a great hotel for an amazing price.

Aucun accueil, une chambre avec une odeur plus que douteuse, une literie des plus inconfortable, des serviettes dur comme du carton et aucune isolation phonique. Nous ne sommes pas du genre à laisser des avis et encore moins des mauvais, nous ne sommes pas exigeant mais payer ce prix pour avoir ce genre de prestation c'est inadmissible...

Die Lage ist gut, 5 Minuten vom Hbf, 15 Minuten zum Strand. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, sonst wäre im Zimmer sehr warm. Wi-Fi war auch gut. Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

호텔 스텝의 근무시간이 제한적이며 객실에서 와이파이 인터넷을 사용할 수 없어서 1층에 내려와야 했음. 3층에 숙박했는데 3층까지 가방을 옮기기 힘듬. 호텔 위치는 좋아서 기차여행에 편리함

オーナーさんがとても親切
部屋がとっても可愛らしく、駅近なのが良かったです。最初にチェックインした時に、ホテルが真っ暗で人が誰もいないことにはちょっとびっくりしましたが、部屋も快適で、冷蔵庫もあって良かったです。

Preiswerte Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe
Mit dem Hotel waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und waren zudem nett dekoriert. Dank der Lage in einer Seitenstraße, konnte man nachts gut durch schlafen. Jedoch finden wir, das die Handtücher regelmäßig erneuert werden sollten. Die hatten ihre besten Zeiten längst hinter sich und hatten keinen guten Geruch. Und was gibt es schöneres, als sich nach dem duschen mit einem flauschigen und gut riechenden Handtuch ab zu trocknen. Bitte nach bessern!!!! Ansonsten ein solides Hotel mit Charm, für einen guten Preis und in guter Lage :-)

Petit hôtel familial, bien tenu en général. Le propriétaire nous a indiqué les bons endroits où aller. Situé à 2min à pied de la gare et à 10min à pied de la promenade des anglais, l'hôtel est bien situé et on obtient un bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul petit hic, nous n'avions pas de téléphone pour appeler les propriétaires à notre arrivée alors qu'ils étaient à l'extérieur quelques minutes... Un voisin nous a aidé. Malgré les quelques minutes d'attente à notre arrivée, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Solo fue una noche. Tiene de bueno que está cerca de la estación de tren y a pocas cuadras del tram para ir al centro. Después no había nadie en recepción me dejaron un mensaje en el té y una clave para entrar y un sobre cerrado con la llave de la habitación me sorprendió porque nunca fui a un lugar así. La clave para Internet la obtuvimos de casualidad por otro huésped. Lo demás cama sabanas, ducha bien. Es un viejo hotel remodelado a nuevo
