Great option for a short stay, great staff and facilities, the only “but” is that street is very noisy, if A/C is not working you have to open the window and noise is impossible at night.

Hotel was in a good area being one block off the beach and with plenty of restaurants and food outlets right outside. Downside was the air conditioning did not cool so room was very hot and the windows did not open either.

The hotel was clean and spacious, but while the location was central with easy access to the promenade and shops, it was very noisy at night with poor sound proofing to the point that we didn’t get much sleep during our stay. Our rooms air conditioner was very poor and seemed to randomly switch to also hot air throughout the night. We visited in March and it was already unbearably hot inside so I definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay during the summer.

This is my seventh visit to this Hotel.... it has a fantastic location, less than two minutes walk from the Promenade Des Anglais... the staff are friendly and polite... the rooms to the front of the are the best... I've stayed in several variety of rooms over the years.... the budget rooms can be a little dark, but have everything you need.... the breakfast room, which is a penthouse balcony room on the fifth floor, is spacious and has a great view of the City, and the breakfast choice is always extensive.... and , they also have a secure luggage storage room, if your flight is later in the day... overall a great value Hotel with a Great location..

Pros: Location is great, 5 min walk to the sea, right next to restaurants, tram not too far. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. It's right in the the thick of it so it's not quiet at night but the double glazing does a decent job, I'm a light sleeper and was okay. Cons: Cold showers, I don't think there was 1 morning where all 3 of us got a hot shower. WiFi just doesn't work. I got it working for all of 20 minutes and even then it's unsecured and the security certificate expired 2 years ago. No plugs for bath or sink. There wouldn't be enough hot water for a bath anyway. Noisy aircon.

Hotel was perfectly situated both with a 2 minute walk to the seafront as well as a 5 minute walk to the airport tram line. My room was described as a standard single and I had anticipated a very small room but I was very pleasantly surprised to get a large recently refurbished with and spacious bathroom.

The hotel is close to the old town and a lot of restaurants. Parking is tough . The reception staff were very helpful. Helped us find a spot to park our motorcycle.

Location was excellent with endless options for dining and shopping.The staff was wonderful going above and beyond to help us when we couldn't charge our phones and other electronics because they don't provide with adapters.The hotel also doesn't provide toiletries or any extras so make sure to bring your own. I personally disliked that the bathroom had a very awkward setting and the tub is so high making it very difficult to get in and out for older (or short) people.

Nice was amazing, very walkable, very pedestrian friendly. The hotel was nice, staff was nice and helpful, and check in was easy and quick. The room was good, we expected a smaller side for all the places in France. The bed was a bit stiff but okay for a new nights. We had a mini fridge and desk/chair. The restroom was nice with all in one wash. Hot water and cold water were great.sound proof walls and A/C. The A/C felt a little slow at times but we stayed in the middle of a hot humid summer.

The staff were decent. However, the hotel facility is among the worse that I have ever experienced. The carpets were badly wormed. The room was minimally furnished with VERY cheap furniture. One could find much better furniture from a thrift shop or Goodwill. There was a bad odor. And I never got wifi for the 3 days of my stay. The staff wasn’t able to help and didn’t even care. This hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating.

our room was well maintained but rather small, especially the bathroom. soap in cute dispensers but no hand crème or shampoo/conditioner. excellent breakfast with large diversity of food and beverages. impeccably clean dishes and utensils, very friendly and helpful stuff. we want to especially thank everybody of reception stuff. friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, you name it. many thanks to everybody in the hotel who made our stay enjoyable.

This area is perfect for walking to the Promenade any time of day to see the Mediterranean Sea, have lunch at a restaurant near by or go to the museums, Opera, etc. it is all right there. I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. I felt safe and secure. Above all, the people who work there were simply delightful and had their customers interest in mind first before all else !! Thank you goes to them.
