The door of the hotel was locked when we arrived at 5pm. There was no light in the corridor to go to our room and it was difficult to unlock the door. It was impossible to close the door without a big noise. The hair dryer was broken. The bathroom was very small and there was no curtain to take the shower.
There was anyone before 10am for the breakfast. When we left, there was only a women speaking in russian. The communication was not easy and she made a mistake and charge us the breakfast 2 times.

Hello dear guests
We are a small establishment, and that's why our reception stuff can quite they post to execute another tasks. However if you stay in our hotel, reception staff was hear to open the door and give you a keys.
In the each floor you have several special bottom to switch on the light in the Corridors. This bottom is very easy to find because it is bright in the dark.
Breakfast area is open 8h to 10h
How about our stuff in the morning, sometimes times our direction try to give a chance to some peoples who don't have big qualifications, just to be a little more human and not machines... However, it is strictly impossible that she charge you a second time the price of a breakfast... If you give us a proof of payment, we will give we money back to you!
