Cons: The only thing would be separate shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the showers as the all in one isn't great. But it's a small complaint overall.
I had a really pleasant stay here thanks to the super comfortable room with lots of amenities (coffee, kettle, mini bar, toiletries, iHome speaker, etc.) and lovely staff. All the staff members I met spoke English and were very helpful with any questions I had. The location of the hotel is perfect and the sea views are stunning! As other reviews have said the traffic can be a bit loud but with the doors closed it was totally silent and perfect for a great night's sleep.

Great location in Nice

Big bedrooms and small balconies with view of sea. Great location but no facilities. Pillows were awful and had 3 bad nights sleep. No bar, no reception area and no roof top terrace bar which we thought it had.

Location: A wide range of excellent restaurants- really delicious food in welcoming environments
Large spacious and clean room. Met our expectations with excellent (though partial) sea view, as promised.

Great location. Near to old town. Only thing is the room not facing the beach.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room.good location.
Cons: Could have had china cups rather than paper ones and also there were no teaspoons. This doesn't detract from the very good service of the hotel, just personel taste.
Location: The hotel was ideally situated close to all the restaurants shops and beach.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Great stay

Posted Oct 30, 2016
Pros: Location was great. Lovely view from our room, friendly staff.
Cons: Expensive breakfast. €19.00 is far too expensive when you can have a lovely breakfast at a restaurant 2min away from €5.00.
Location: Very happy with the hotel. Great location for sightseeing and eating out.

Great location but not really 4* for Nice

Posted Oct 23, 2016
This hotel is in an ideal location - you can get the bus straight from the airport to Albert 1er and then walk around the corner to the hotel - it's close to a McDonald's and casino but wasn't noisy. Lobby was clean and modern and the staff were friendly. As we were two girls travelling as friends they asked whether we wanted to keep the Queen bed or have twin beds so we said twin beds and were put in a room that faced the courtyard not the sea which was really disappointing. I wonder whether the double beds etc are on the sea facing side! Good storage if you're staying for a few days and nice bathroom with great shower and bath but no fluffy dressing gowns. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning! There is no bar here and breakfast is expensive so I recommend coming out of the hotel, turning right so you walk past subway and the gym and then there is an alley of restaurants and cafes that have some great deals and are away from the main promenade. We caught the train to Cannes and the map that the receptionist provided was really useful for finding the way. You get free WiFi which is always a plus and it felt safe to stay there. Is literally opposite the promenade too which is so convenient. This isn't the Carlton, it's a bit like a French Holiday Inn but is worth the money for convenience and I would stay again!
