Couldnt get any closer to the beach! Public transport great but quite a long walk into Nice if you wanted to walk. Hotel excellent and couldn't fault it.

Stayed here twice and disappointed this time

I've stayed here before and it was nice and that's why we booked again but this time I was very disappointed. Our room curtains had holes that looked like cigarettes burns in the curtains and lose tiles on the bathroom floor. As s pregnant woman this made me feel a little unsafe. A dirty cup from the last tenants sat outside of room door for 2 days of our 4 day stay. The pool was over crowded with not enough places to sit and not enough shaded areas especially when windy and umbrellas weren't allowed to be used. Last time we were here we had lunch at the beach side restaurant which we found lovely. This time the service was terrible being ignored for log periods - it took us over 30 min to get the bill. Not acceptable when the prices are so expensive. We wanted to have some cheese and wine on our balcony and asked concierge for a knife from room service and this never arrived. Over all I am not impressed and they need to improve the service!

Your comments regarding to the staff attitude and efficiency will share your feedback with the team here and rest assured, we will take your comments on board and where possible, look to make improvements. Nice hotel-water front

The hotel had beachfront views, rooftop restaurant and pool, and was near airport. We did not love the fact the pool closed at seven and the private beach cost us 45$ for the day. The restaurant on the roof was nice and the rooms were cleaned every day very reliably. There is noise outside due to heavy traffic, however the rooms are soundproof so the noise is not heard if the balcony door is shut. We used uber to get to Old Town, Nice, but you can also use the bus stop across the street. Old town is not walking distance. This hotel is a bit away from Old Town.

Great hotel 3 miles away from the old city center

Pros: Ocean view, Concierge staff, Rooftop pool, Rooftop restaurant
Cons: Check in according to reservation
Location: 3 miles from the center of the old city. 3 miles to the airport. So right in the middle of things
We had some trouble with the check in. We had to go back to the reception area 2 times until we got the room with the ocean view that we had booked. Otherwise the hotel is fantastic. Pool and restaurant on the 8th floor and an excellent concierge service. Pierre was so nice. He recommended several restaurants we tried out and made the reservations for us. We were not disappointed. The breakfast bar and area are also very nice. Despite being so close to the road everything is well insulated and shields some of the loud road noise. It is easy to get into town. We used the rental bicycles that you can rent all over the place, the bus that leaves across the street and also Uber (very nice and friendly drivers). Overall a great place for a nice visit to a beautiful city. Highly recommended.

Overpriced and unfriendly!

Do not recommend this hotel, old rooms, nothink like the photos, terrible receptionists, they domt care about your stay to be enjoyable at all! And the beach has the worst service ever we experienced. They over book the sun chairs and while you are gone for lunch they give it to someone else! Even you paid for the whole day!

Nice hotel near the beach

Pros: room was large, view from balcony beautiful
Cons: don't sell a room as ocean view if you have to go out on the balcony to have the view
Location: across the street from ocean, quick bus ride or long walk to shops, dining...
We booked the Radisson Blu after seeing the pictures and reading the reviews. Hotel was good, location is a little bit from the main tourist area, but the bus stop across the street takes you to the heart of the city and the return drops you off in front of the hotel. Beach is across the street. If you haven't been to Nice before, beautiful place, friendly people, love it. Beach is pebbles instead of the Sandy beaches we are used to visiting. Our Ocean Front room was on the corner and instead of having the nice ocean view from our room we had to go out on the balcony to see the ocean. staff was friendly and helpful with the city bus, and get our shuttle back to the airport. Very limited with places to eat near the hotel and hotel food was expensive.

Great Hotel, in a good location.

Pros: The hotel had nice accommodation, a roof top swimming pool and was convenient to public transport. The transfer time from the airport was very short.
Cons: Hotel residents shouldn't have to pay to use the private beach belonging to the hotel.
Location: Close to the airport and public transport. Close to the beach and Old Town for shopping and dining.
We stayed for one week in a Deluxe sea view room, which was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bus stop right opposite the hotel which enabled us to travel to Old Town each evening. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay at Radisson Blu. The restaurants, view and food were all fantastic. The staff were great also. I definitely recommend this hotel to others
