Horrible hotel close to crackheads

Posted May 31, 2017
People were selling drugs right outside our room. The floors in the room were vacuumed. Trash behind chairs. Dead bug all over bathroom floor. Hair in the bathtub. The closet rack was hanging off the wall partially. The sink dripped nonstop. The ceiling patch job was falling apart. The beds blanket in a non smoking room had cigarette burns in them. The smell in the room was raunchy like stale cigs/ marijuana/mold. Was not happy but you get what you pay for!!! I paid a little more for another hotel per night and we were in luxury

Ok for the price

The lady that checked us in was awesome. The rest of staff are horrible. They are not customer oriented. The dirty couches in the rooms need to go. There was a plumbing issue that was fixed quickly. There is no continental breakfast, stop offering this or restock. The keys has to constantly be reset. Its worth $40 per night. The room was nice for the price. All rooms should look like the ones i stayed in..thanks for the refrigerator and microwave, that was great to have.

Days Inn OKL City Fairgrounds

Posted Apr 28, 2017 on Hotels
Typical budget accommodations. Unusual only that guests are not allowed to wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. Apparently the "boss" videos the lobby and chastises the duty clerk if s/he allows a guest to be in the lobby more than 10 minutes. First time to encounter this restriction.

If you stay at the Days Inn you better be on days

This was my husbands second stay at this hotel. On his first trip it took 4 days to clean hair off the wall and toilet paper that someone wet and threw at the wall. I simply asked for 3 days to please just clean the room. The first man told me it was my fault since I didnt notify them immediately so they could move him to another room. My husband came in from a 16 hr shift and wanted to sleep so I notified them as soon as he awoke. The 4th day the manager Erica was finally there. I explained the situation and she finally took care of it. This second trip my husband cannot sleep since he is working nights as housekeeping will not stop beating on his door with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on it. On his first night on this trip I requested a microwave and refrigerator be put in the room. Again, This hotel has no regard for their customers. The employees have their own agenda. Since their employees are paid by the room you cannot get your room cleaned unless its on their time.
