BED BUGS!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed here 1 NIGHT, woke up and my legs were covered with bed bug bites. After further research, they have had bed bugs for 3 years now. Do your research first

There where small problems in the rooms. But there Maintenance fixed right away. Over all this is a home run.

These appear to be low-end apartments that have been furnished for short-term rentals. They don't run credit cards after a certain time, but they will happily write ALL of your information on paper to run the next morning. I guess identity theft isn't a concern for them. The room smelled like moth balls and pin sol, holes in the wall on the bathtub and by the toilet, that way anything that crawls up the pipes can get into the room and have a nice snack... on you. I only stayed one night before I left, but it was not a pleasant experience. The price is tempting but trust me when I say stick with the more reputable places.

Isola Bella has great amenities

Choose for the wealth of amenities. Loaner & rental cars, fitness center is a real gym with pool. Breakfast and Dinner included. Rooms are a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry, sitting room dining area and balcony. We will stay there again!

Disappointed

I wasn't happy there were no note pad or pen, there was not 24hour on call the front desk closes at 9 and you have to call maintenance. The bathroom and towels were dirty my sheets hadn't been changed. There was no outdoorlights for the patio.They don't serve meals on Sunday. I was charged a $50 deposit that was supposed to be refunded and I hadn't received for holding the room. The place has went down since my last stay. Oh yea and no baking dishes for the oven.

Great value - nice place

This was like renting a one-bedroom apartment for the price of a tiny, cheap hotel room. I had lots of space & lots of little extras made my stay really pleasant. They even included meals, which I didn't have the chance to take advantage of... maybe next time! The unit was clean, but worn - this didn't bother me at all! There was a full-size refrigerator, kitchenette with a dishwasher - there was even a tiny stackable washer & dryer! The bed was comfy, there was cable TV when I was ready to relax & I slept like a baby... I would definitely stay here again.

The young man working the desk was very friendly & inviting. Our room was clean & comfortable. This was the second time staying here & I plan on coming back.

last minute

Pros: The staff was nice and the grounds were secured with a gate.
Cons: the bed, the carpet, and some of the fixtures.
Location: it was outside downtown OKC but had a walmart close by.
The staff was polite. The carpet in the room was loose and some of the fixtures were not installed right, there was a hole in the shower wall. I didn't get a print out of my stay and I need it to get reimbursed. The bed was old and uncomfortable. we needed a room for one night on the fly and it did the trick but I wouldn't stay there again if I had more time to plan.

Not really a hotel...

This place is more of a low-income housing apartment than a hotel. The pictures of this place was very enticing, but once you pull up you quickly realize how they are very misleading. These are not in a very good part of town (be sure to Google street maps before booking). I didn't feel very safe walking outside. We ended up leaving on the first night because we found bed bugs, dead bugs all throughout the apartment, and big bug in the bed that was alive with PINCHERS! Oh and to top it off, the AC was not working. Cheaper is NOT always better!!!
