Over priced.

Pros: Pool & spa
Cons: Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment.
Hotel lobby & lounge turned into exhibition hall. On the 24th October we struggled to find our way through to the restaurant for breakfast. Room and bathrrom both very dark with insufficient lighting.

Wonderful hotel

Stayed with my husband and 2 sons at the Hilton Park Nicosia. Extended the stay from 2 nights to 4 nights as after the first night my boys said they'd like to stay longer. Food is great, especially the breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough for you. State of the art gymnasium. Would most certainly recommend.

Lost Luggage Found Excellent Service

Aegean lost our luggage and it wasn't returned for 2 days. It was a disaster as we had just caught two connecting flights, our clothes were dirty and my parents had their medication in their luggage. The staff at the Hilton Park could not have been more supportive, proactive and helpful. They were amazing. They have us Hilton tshirts to wear; they have us toiletries; they gave us complimentary food as we were so distressed after spending 2 hours at the airport getting the rub around with our luggage; they went to the pharmacy and found the medicine my parents needed. They called every few hours for updates on our bags. This is text book excellent customer service. They were just amazing and went beyond the call of duty. We could not thank them enough. If you want a hotel with excellent customer service you need not look further. The gym and the pool are also amazing and the all you can eat buffet was delicious. Even here the staff excelled and went beyond the call of duty. Take away is not allowed from the buffet but we were running late for our transfer back to the airport. We had all pre purchased breakfast. The hotel staff fixed us all take away containers to eat on the way to the airport. I have stayed at many hotels around the world but the service and proactive staff we found at the Hilton Park were the best we have experienced. We felt like we were staying with family. We will be back. This time with our luggage.

Very nice. Flexible staff and service. Only minus: got woken up early am by room service wanting to check the mini bar... not great...

Excellent property - service and facilities great

Great property with a lovely pool, excellent service, amazing breakfast too. Access to the proper gym with sauna/steam room etc. that's onsite was amazing.
