We picked this hotel for our last two nights in Tokyo and its location does feel a bit less central, but is super convenient for getting back to Narita as the transfer was only an hour. It is also just a short taxi ride from Tokyo Station, which is useful when coming in by Shinkansen...we were returning ...
Room was small but it was a great overall experience. Clean, walking distance to train station, markets & eateries. Even if you put the do not disturb sign, they leave a bag of clean towels & extra toiletries for you. Would definitely recommend!
Nice hotel quiet and very close to the subway 5 minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood.Once again thanks Expedia.
Small rooms, to be expected though, unlimited hot water, good water pressure. A/C unit is in Japanese, but windows are easily opened for temperature control. All outlets are only 2 prong.
if you stay on the 3rd floor the security door can be noisy as people coming and going often. especially between 10pm-1am was pretty bad. otherwise all good.
A lovely modern hotel over about 3 floors in an office building. Easy walk to JR Tokyo bus and train station where countless shops and restaurants abound.
Everything about this hotel is top notch; rooms, cleanliness, staff, location, how quiet it is, etc etc etc, There's not much point going into more detail, it's great. The only stumbling block is the price, but it's worth it if you can afford a night or two; we shelled out for a couple of nights ...
Unless you can afford luxury hotels I imagine it is tough to find a decent sized room in Japan. In this price range I found a tiny room that my 6' 2" 250# frame had a tough time in with an even tinier bathroom. I arrived in morning and was disappointed that their 3 pm checkin was strictly enforced ...
I loved staying here, especially since the single rooms are perfect for one person. Not too small and not too big. Only thing that was sad is they don't allow tattoos in the bath, but that's something widespread in Japan and not the fault of the hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only stayed one night since we were flying out the next day. Perfect for travellers that requires easy-access to Tokyo station. Clean, as pictured, great view and a very comfy bed.
We were spending only one night at Tokyo and decided to stay in this hotel because it was close to Tokyo station. Great location, it was so easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room super clean. The dinning room wasn't big but it is the average type for hotels of this kind in Japan, ...
We really like the idea of having washing machine in the hotel room, especially for international travelers. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is convenient to many metro stations too.
The staff was great. I will be writing them a personal thank you as soon as I get over my jet lag as I just got home to Los Angeles some hours ago. The Four Seasons staff members have always been great as I stay at a lot of Four Seasons Hotels. But, this afternoon at 2PM, it was incredible for a ...
Fantastic room. Great views. The service and guest treatment is truly world class. Feels like a 6 star hotel without the pretentious vibe that many similar hotels have. Staff are kind, courteous and - most importantly - genuine.
