Nice motel given the price.Very friendly staff. Not impressed with the continental breakfast.

Disappointing

Would NOT recommend. The first room we checked into smelled strongly of cigarette smoke dispite being "non-smoking." It also had a bent up screen on the window (which the staff had left open to try to air out the room). We were then changed to a different room which did not smell, but again had a bent up screen on the window that made it look like both rooms had either been broken into or out of. The tv had to be turned on/off 2-4 times to get the sound to work. The bathroom floors were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, the shower curtain was dirty, the tub bottom was stained.

OK for less expensive hotel

Hotel was old and needed work. Was clean which was biggest fear. Would stay there again. Don't plan on eating breakfast. Not very good. Good value for price.

nice close to everything we came for

Pros: its location and value
Cons: nothing without changing the price
Location: we went zip lining shopping and golfing with everything near at hand
we found the hotel to be just fine. we wanted a place to recover from the days activities and it proved all of that. room was clean with all the usual amenities. with everything working. took time for the spa one night and that was enjoyable.

Location: Great Location.
I liked the pancake maker. Eggs would have been nice.

Get their promises in writing

I reserved a pet-friendly room only to find on the day of that the room I'd been given did not allow pets. When I tried to find resolution with their staff I was very rudely told there was nothing they could do and to go somewhere else. They then charged me for a suite, despite being turned away. When I asked to speak to a manager about this I was again rudely told to refer to their policy, before the call was ended. At no point did anyone own up to their mistake or try to make things right. AmericInn in Baxter ended up taking me and my pups at a discount last minute and we had a wonderful experience with them.

Decent room for the price

Very clean room bed was ok but kinda squishy. Not alot for breakfast but most places don't even offer. I would stay here again.

Hidden fees, uncomfortable beds. No way you could even call that a breakfast. Pool amenities out of order.

You get what you pay for

The room was only 108.00 for 4 people on the Sat. of Labor day weekend. The bed and pillows were comfy, but the place is in need of some TCL. There is a pool and hottub. Both were working at at a good temp.
